Perdido Sol is a beach condo on the inland waters that surround Perdido Key. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, two large closets and an attached bathroom. It's bedroom window overlooks the waterways and marina. The front bedroom has two double beds and nice closet. The view from its window overlooks Lost Key Golf Course. Lost Key Golf Course is an Arnold Palmer designed course. TVs in both bedrooms with YouTube TV(the best service for cable channels) The living room has a large, very comfortable chase sectional couch. 55 inch new Sony smart Tv in the living room that provides YouTube TV. Full Kitchen with everything you need. Golf Course view from the kitchen window(also great for the morning sunlight). Very good internet speeds with around 90mpbs.
Beaches!!...Perdido key is loaded with public access beaches. You are within a few minute drive to about 3 to 4 public access beaches. One of my favorites is just a short drive down a side street.
You can rent boat slips at Holiday Harbor on a weekly basis! You would be just minutes from getting on your boat and being on the water. The marina has the perfect location for Gulf Fishing. Right between Pensacola Pass and Alabama Point. In an about a 20 minute boat ride, you can be in the Gulf Fishing. The marina has a nice store for drinks and snacks. One of the areas most popular restaurants, Sunset Pointe, is with a 5min walking distance. Sit on the patio at Sunset Pointe and enjoy watch the boats and eating great seafood.
Why is this inland waterfront condo better than a Gulf front condo?..many reasons. Gulf front condos are a couple hundred yards from the water. This building is literally 10 feet from the water! There is always something to view. From sitting on the couch, you can see interesting things. You can be watching TV and turn your head and see dolphins playing to many different kinds of boats coming and going. You are overlooking three inland islands. You dont have to wait on a high rise condo elevator stopping at several floors just to get to your condo. You park right at the stairs. There is a great feeling of privacy. There is only one other neighbor on the top floor at this section.
Do you like kayaking? It is lots of fun to kayak the cove. Its a no wake zone and has three inland islands that are fun to explore. There is a public kayak launch and kayak rental company one block away(walking distance). If you bring your own kayak, there are two other kayak launches within a 5 minute drive.
Are you up for some great hiking trails? Tarkin Bayou Preserve State Park is 10 minutes up the road. Tarkin Preserve is one of the areas premier nature parks that contains three species of endangered carnivorous pitcher plants. Johnson Beach, Perdido State Park, and Gulfstate Park also have some great hiking trails.

Publix grocery store is on the mainland, just over the bridge; 4 minutes away. There are no stoplights between publix and the condo.
Active military are tax exempt.
28 day min requirement for booking. Two car limit for parking.Strict two car limit for parking(parking passes supplies).

My wife and I have lived in the area for a long time. We know the area real well. Anything from beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking, boating, fishing, site seeing, etc. We can provide recommendations.

Why this property?... I first would say the views from the third story balcony. So much to watch. Secondly, this third floor unit only has one other unit in this section. It has a feeling of privacy(which I love). You are not paying for beach front pricing, while only being a few minutes drive to some of the areas best public beaches.
A lot of owners hire a management company to manage their listing. The fees they incur (resort fees), are passed along to the guests. The resort fees can add up. I manage this property myself. As a result, there are no additional resort fees when you book with us.

The condo is located on Holiday Harbor marina. The marina is a working marina with a dry dock storage facility right across the marina from the condo.
What makes this condo so special is the views. Its on the third floor. Because its on the third floor, you have some stairs to climb. I like the stairs because it is a good way to get in the exercise that you doctor wants you to get everyday. That being said, if you have any physical limitations(bad back or knee issues, ect.) the stairs may be an issue. The condo does not have an elevator.
