Very cute and clean. Location was great. Close to beaches and in between Florabama and Pensacola. Cottage was stocked with all the essentials and then some. Awesome property and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location 15 minutes to base, 10 minutes to Perdido and close to grocery stores. House was very nice and comfortable! Nice size backyard and parking.

The inside of the home was nice & comfy, very pet friendly. There is some wear on the refrigerators. Its always great having a washer & dryer on site to use during our stays !The yard however needs alot of attention, the pictures show a nice manicured yard & that was not the case during our stay. Weeds have taken over. The area of the home is in a area of revitalization & hopefully soon will totally transform. Right after the turn onto the street, furniture was piled up along the road.Which the owner has no control over. Just want others to be aware that it is a transforming area. This was our first time to Perdido Key & probaby would chose to stay closer to Orange Beach if we came again. But for those that want to be closer to Perdido Key this would be perfect.

Great Stay for 3 weeks.

Property was very nice, neat, and clean. Great location close to beaches and attractions. The neighborhood is a combination of newer houses and older houses but is being fixed up. We had an issue checking in, but the host was very responsive and resolved the issue in minutes. Would recommend this property.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The property is as cute as it can be with very comfortable bed. Nice backyard for our fur babies. Not on the beach, but less than 5 minutes away from everything we needed. The owner was very responsive as well. Will stay again!

Location Perfect

The house was perfectly situated between Gulf Shores and Pensacola attractions. Lots of public beaches nearby. All day play, and then a quiet retreat for the end of the day. The house is new, clean and neat. The backyard is quiet and partially shaded, with an available outdoor shower to clean off after a day in the sand.

Luxury Rental

This is the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. From the front yard to the upstairs, no attention to detail is spared. There are 3 different outdoor sitting areas - balcony off one of the 2 suites upstairs, the front French door patio, and the back patio, the kitchen is a gourmet’s dream with Viking appliances. We had a problem with the automated door lock and the host addressed it immediately. While it’s not on the beach, it’s only 5 minutes away. Neighborhood has mixed houses, so some housing is not up to standard, but it is obviously in the process of being totally transformed. We loved our stay and can’t wait to stay here again.

Yes the property was wonderful, I have 2 dogs and they loved the backyard, the chihuahua relaxed in the sun while my wiener dog preferred the shade. The laundry and all the kitchen upgrades were fabulous.
