Traditional Brevinoise house, located in a dead-end street where you will have no problem parking for free, you even have the possibility to park your vehicle on the land (even large one).

House of 72m2 which consists of a nice equipped kitchen, a living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms:
One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
The second bedroom has a 90 cm single bed and 90 cm bunk beds.
Possibility to provide a folding cot and a high chair.
The house has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, a coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, a microwave and a hairdryer.

Possibility to provide sheets and household linen (if needed).

You will be ideally located and can get around on foot, by bike (even by scooter) or by car depending on your mood:
- Beach at 700 meters (Saint Brévin l'Océan)
- Restaurants and Carrefour city at 600 meters
- Commercial area at 1.6 kilometers (swimming pool, cinema, bowling, Basic Fit, Leclerc, etc...)
- Casino "Joa" with thalasso at 900 meters

The proximity on foot to the city center will allow you to enjoy without having to use and find parking for your vehicle. You can also enjoy the festivities that take place, such as: fireworks, night markets, bars and restaurants set up on the beach and the magnificent "mussel festival" followed by its dance party (for those present during the period), etc...
