You are 15 minutes walk from the Palais des Papes, 20 minutes walk from the famous Avignon bridge, 20 minutes walk from the Rocher des Doms, 20 minutes by car from Avignon airport and 45 minutes by car from Gordes which is one of the most beautiful villages in France etc...
For small errands, you will find nearby a grocery store/greengrocer open 7 days a week, a small casino and an organic grocery store/canteen.
Our 180 square meter house is secured by alarm (Verisure).
It is composed of 5 bedrooms:
-one bedroom with double bed adjoining the living room on the first floor
-two bedrooms with double bed on the first floor
-two air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor, one with double bed and one with double bed and bed single
-a dressing room and games room and cot.
You can enjoy:
-a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, washing machine...)
-two living rooms (a smaller one on the first floor and a large living room on the first floor open to the dining room and kitchen.
-three bathrooms (one with bath and toilet, two others with shower and toilet as well).
You can park up to a maximum of one vehicle in the garden of the property closed by a large gate.
You will have access to the entire property in its entirety.
Rare address where you can park your vehicle and do everything on foot.
We entrust our property to a trusted person, Jessica who knows our house well and who will hand over the keys to you and make herself available. She knows the area very well and will be able to point you to good little restaurants and others. I will also remain reachable throughout your stay by phone.
You will benefit from a welcome bed to start your stay (tea, Nespresso pods...).
Possibility to provide towels for 10 people at the rate of 95 euros extra; supplement to be paid by bank transfer 3 days before your arrival.
For stays of more than 6 nights, an intermediate cleaning (3h30) at the rate of 120 euros is mandatory and is to be paid 3 days before your arrival by bank transfer.
The beds will be made for your arrival and the bed linen package is therefore included in the price of the stay.
We also provide shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, detergent, garbage bag, dishwasher capsule, dish towels, bath mats etc
We ask you to take out your rubbish including glass (containers in the street) and to make sure that the dishes are left clean and put away; thank you for your understanding.
A deposit of 1500 euros (check or cash) on the day of your arrival will be requested, it will not be cashed if check and will be returned on your departure after inventory.
