The Space:

This property is managed by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals.



Conveniently located in the hills of Port Angeles, this 2 bedroom/1 bath bungalow is bright on the outside, but neutral on the inside. Quality furnishings and decor, you can think of it as home base for experiencing all the Northwest has to offer, as it is just a 5 minute drive to Olympic Park Visitor Center for hiking and incredible panoramic views and 20 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and kayaking adventures.



Inside, relax in the warm and inviting living area with new sofa and chairs, Cable TV entertainment, and free Wifi. Simplify by making meals in the well-equipped kitchen, ready with pots and pans, range, oven, microwave and fridge. A washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have one queen bed each. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo with all towels provided. 



If you have bicycles or kayaks, you can bring them into the private, fenced patio in back.



Great retreat for quick weekend trips or guests looking for a place to call "home" for a bit longer stay. 



Only 30 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top.



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.

A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.

Everything about our stay was exceptional from the start. The constant communication, concise instructions provided prior to the stay, convenience of location to the college, Mt. Olympic National Park Guest Lodge, Buena Luz Coffee, to name a few. The home was perfect size for me and my family to come into town to visit my daughter in college, cook for her and her teammates, and really had a "homey" feel to it, which for people traveling from Hawaii, is important to us. Looking forward to our next stay at Sunny Cozy Getaway!

Nice enough place. Some of the window dressings had broken parts. I had to buy laundry detergent, for the required "wash your towels as you leave" checkout stipulation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent -- close to downtown P.A., as well as sites in the mountains (e.g., Hurricane Ridge), in and around Sequim (e.g., Dungeness Spit) and out to the West (Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs, La Push beaches, etc.). House provided a pleasant and relaxing retreat after each day's adventures. We'd be glad to make this our home away from home on future visits!

On the door step of Olympic NP

Lovely 2 bed home at the door of Hurricaine Ridge in Olympic NP. Quick 20 minute walk to the warf as well. You also get the occassional deer in your front yard.

Location location location…

We stayed 3 nights. The house is located just a few blocks from the Olympic park entrance leading to Hurricaine Ridge. It is also just a few blocks from the wharf and a block away from a local bakery and coffee shop. It’s also only a 1.5 hour drive to the Hoh rainforest. It’s a very scenic trip making the trip entertaining. The rental is very simple and suited our needs with 2 teenage boys as a home base for showering and sleeping.

Great little spot in town

We were in town for a bike race and this was a great spot for our needs. Well stocked for a vacation rental and the whole process was very easy. Would stay again!

The proximity to Olympic National Park Entrance was great. The property was very clean and cozy. Just right for a weekend. However it was disappointing that the lockbox was not working even after I put in the code. Finally the owners had to come after an hours wait and they rattled the lockbox by almost breaking it to get the key out. This was not in the instructions! We wasted precious time. Otherwise they were nice and friendly.
