** There is a paving project for the driveway scheduled from May 13 - 17, 2024. Parking is still available but may not be in front of the condo. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.Located on the 2nd floor, no elevator available.1 Parking Pass is allowed per condo to be obtained from the front office.There is a one-bedroom lock-off suite connected to this unit.Smoke-free property.
