This is a nice unit, and we are glad you and your kids had a great time. As we all know, if the kids are happy the parents are happy. Assuming they also had a GREAT time at the lake, park and beach which are located just steps away from the condo. We hope that you, the parents got to use and enjoy one of our three hot tubs, one of the many free concerts in the park or some great deck time with a cocktail. Yes, the new furniture really changes the place into a nice modern unit. Painting of the entire unit is happening right now, just brightening up the condo up a bit. We hope you were able to get out and enjoy Nottingham Park and Lake, just a two-minute walk from the condo. Great place for walking, playing and bike riding. Were you able to get out and enjoy a dinner in Avon, there are so many great restaurants walking distance from the condo? Wow our apologies for this late response as we are just catching up for an EXTREMELY busy skis season. So happy to hear that you enjoyed your the property stay here at Beaver Creek West. YES indeed the free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek are FANTASTIC. These shuttle not only sve you money but they also save you from lost of parking and unloading when going to the slopes. Since we pick up right at the property and drop off as close as we are allowed to the slopes. this is a great time saver as well. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Glad to know the internet made it easy to work and enjoy some down time. The down time definitely sounds more fun. Were you able to get out and check out some biking, hiking or fishing while in our lovely town? Hope you get to try some restaurants, there are about 12 within walking distance of the condos. This time of year is project time and it is nice to hear the construction crew was friendly while they were upgrading our railing and handrails. Sorry to hear the pillow were not up to par, those have been changed/covered. We wish you would have called the front desk as we have live people there 8am to 5pm seven days a week to assist you with things like this. We have pillows in the office and many other items that get broken or misplaced so you, our guest don't have to worry about anything. Sorry this happened. Glad to see you found the overall condo "nice and clean" as our housekeeping team is a group of hard workers and they appreciate the nice comments. Always nice to get a free ride to the slopes, and if you jump on the Riverfront gondola, no need to transfer busses to get to the slopes where we drop you off. Cheers and safe travels!
