This 3/2.5 raised home built in 2020 is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Centrally located to all the Gulf Coast has to offer and steps from the beautiful sandy beaches of Long Beach. Downtown is a short stroll or car ride for Dining, Bakery, Splash Pad, Library,Coffee Shop or Adult Beverages. Enjoy cooling off in the private pool or taking in the beautiful views from large front porch. Only 1 hour from New Orleans !
There is a designated walking and bike path nearby.

Ring Camera -One camera is mounted in parking area that records audio and video for security. There are no other cameras located on the property. Camera will be active during reservations.

"Our stay was an absolute blast! The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids, who spent hours splashing around and soaking up the sun. The neighborhood was perfect, with a real community feel and the neighbors were friendly. The house was comfortable and cozy, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun - we can't wait to do it again!"

This is a great beach house! The pool area has a restroom and wash off area for sand from the beach. The house is big and the rooms are great! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something in this area.

Great getaway!

The house is beautiful! Has everything you need. Great location; close to so many convenient places. Beach access is super easy. This was the perfect spot! Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely home in Long Beach!

We enjoyed this home inside and outside! Drinking morning coffee on the front porch is relaxing! Under the home is a nice swimming people that the grandkids enjoyed and the comfortable sitting area and television made a nice place to watch some of the football games over the weekend. The beach is close enough to enjoy the white sand during the day and flounder hugging at night. This is a great place to rent for a relaxing weekend!

Weekend at the Coast

We stayed at Nana Cabana for a weekend trip to the cost with our 3 girls. The home and property was beautiful and as expected, the host was responsive and friendly as well. We got to watch fireworks from the front porch as Long Beach was celebrating the 4th of July, and that was a pleasant surprise! Needless to say, the location was perfect! Will stay here again!

Jeepin The Coast Getaway

We had a great time, it was just the right place. Close enough to the action but just far enough for peace and quiet. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Covered parking, spacious and plenty of things to do. Plus, the pool was a great way to cool down. Thanks for everything.

Super clean, great for kids, beautiful beach!

We loved the property, quick and easy walk to a beautiful beach, wide variety of restaurants, and fun neighboring cities to explore. Hosts were quick to respond and had an extremely clean property which was important to us. The layout of the house was perfect for a family with children. We hope to be back!

Beautiful property with ideal location to the beach! We all had a great time and our daughter got engaged on the beach. The weather was quite warm, so having the pool was a added bonus. We would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful Home

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our trip. The home was beautiful and spacious. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was great! The downstairs pool area was so wonderful that we actually enjoyed hanging out there more than the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and we plan on returning!

Beautiful, clean, kid friendly!

Great communication with owner. House was clean and very tastefully decorated. Lots of thoughtful extras, like hangers in the closet, laundry baskets, towels for the pool, games for the kids, pool toys, etc. TV with Roku in every room. House doesn’t have a beach view, but is well within walking distance to the beach. We definitely plan to book again!

Beautiful, clean, convenient

This is our second time to stay at this property, and we were just as pleased as the first time. The house smelled and looked so clean upon our arrival, and Ava was even nice enough to allow us to access the property a couple of hours before standard “check-in” time. Smart tv’s in every room, thoughtful amenities, and a pool that my children absolutely love. This will always be our first choice when visiting the Biloxi/Gulfport area! I will add: there is lots of natural sunlight in the home. If you plan on getting up early, it’s no problem. But if you want to sleep in a little (or let your kids sleep in), bring something with you to help darken the windows.

Gorgeous quiet getaway!

We took a mini 2-night getaway to this absolutely gorgeous house. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. We didn’t want to leave! It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. It’s very close to the beach but surprisingly quiet (except for the occasional train). We can’t wait to stay here again!!! Ps The only “feedback” we have is for interested renters who are used to sleeping in a king bed … the master bedroom is huge but only has a queen.

Our new favorite rental!

Our vacation was perfect. We arrived a few hours earlier than we had originally planned. After driving 14 hours through the night, we planned on just grabbing lunch and finding something to pass the time until check-in. I messaged our host let her know, and she had the house ready for us as soon as we finished lunch (3 hours earlier than posted check-in time.) When we got to the house, everything was exactly as described and more. This is the first house we've ever rented that was fully stocked. K-cups, paper towels, extra toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Even though we already had most of those things, I still appreciated the effort and felt like the host truly cared about her guests' experiences. We loved the entertaining space under the house and spent a lot of time playing bags or floating in the pool. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We felt perfectly safe on our nightly walks to the beach. We usually stay at a different rental every year, but I think we may have found one worth repeating! I highly recommend this rental!

Terrible Experience

Awful. Upon arrival to this property, we sent a courtesy message to the owner letting them know of a smokey smell inside the house. Not seconds after Ava’s arrival, we were met with a less than welcoming attitude. It felt that we were being accused of something, as they made it known they just left from cleaning. We told them that we just wanted to make them aware, in the event that someone else had been there smoking. A couple of days later, after we were out of the house all day, we noticed it was still warm inside (77 degrees) at about 8pm. We know it’s the heat of summer and things take a little longer to cool off; however, again out of courtesy, we wanted inform them in case there was an issue with the AC unit. We asked for recommendations; however, Ava let us know they were on their way. We were again met with an attitude making us feel very uncomfortable, and accusations that we should have let them know of the issue sooner (even though it was our first time noticing it). Ava let us know that she felt we were unhappy with our say, (which we were not) as we had made multiple complaints. We reassured them that we were doing this out of courtesy in case there was an issue they were not aware of. Shortly after, we received a message stating that our stay was canceled due to violation of the contract of having more than 3 people, than originally reserved for, and smoking on the property. The maximum number of people allowed at this property is 6 and we were 5 in total. The rule book that is provided states “smoking activities MUST occur outside away from open doors and windows”; which was followed. Ava stated she saw someone smoking “60 seconds” after they left the first day assessing smell. After telling her we do not smoke cigarettes only vape pens; she stated “I don’t know what it was but someone was smoking something”. Accusing again, plus outdoor smoking follows the rules so not sure the issue. Either way no violation was made. If these were the reasons, then the property owner was aware of all violations the first night; yet waited until the last night of our stay to address. We were forced to leave at 9:30 at night, with a 55 minute notice. The police were contacted as we did not feel safe. The property owners were sitting in the field opposite the house watching until we left. We also did not receive a refund for the night we were forced to leave. With the amount of disrespect and hatefulness we experienced, we will NEVER stay hereagain
