VIEUX BOUCAU, 1-BR flat ideally located in a residence between the ocean and the shops and offering nice views of the sea lake. This accommodation will allow you to fully enjoy its assets and discover the surroundings on foot or by bike.
Composition: entrance; bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine; separate toilet. Living room with fitted and equipped kitchenette (Tassimo and filtercoffee makers, oven, microwave, induction plate 3 rings, fridge/ freezer), sofa, table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with one double bed and two bunk beds. Terrace with deckchair and table. Bike storage. Capacity: 4 people.
A contribution to charges of 25€ per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (80€).
