Residence: Camping Le Moulin stands on ancient XVIIth century domain and deligthful surroundings of the Garonne river. 200m² swimming-pool with waterslides, free tennis court, etc... Entertainment organised all summer long. Wooden chalets are available for rent. Our four-star campsite is located at the end of a road just outside the village, so it is also very quiet. The closest motorway leads to both Toulouse and the Pyrenees but it is 3 km away, sparing us noise and pollution. Most of the 99 pitches have their own water and electric hook-ups. They are between 90 and 200 m², bordered with hedges and mostly well shaded. Moreover the campsite has a new, modern, top of the range sanitary block. The labels 'Qualité Tourisme', 'Sites et Paysages de France' and 'The green key' attest to the amenity of the place and the quality of our services. Our site is also recommended by numerous travel guides such as Michelin, ANWB, Alan Rogers, ADAC, ACSI, AA, FFCC, Le Routard, Le Petit Futé, etc. Off to one side of the estate, slightly isolated in an oak copse, we have built seventeen fully equipped wooden chalets. Looking onto the last hills before the Pyrenees, they ideally suited for those who prefer the comfort of a permanent accommodation. For the others we also offer mobile homes and caravans with awnings, both of which are set on the campsite. The forest area – more than 12 Ha in total – is in between the stream for the old water mill and the river Garonne. This area, cut-off from the rest of the world is the 'wild island' – the perfect place for a stroll, to walk a dog (this definitely is dogs paradies) or even fish for roach, pike or trout in the Garonne. In the summertime we are offering you every day various organized activities** : sports tournaments, games and activities for the kids, water games, interactive shows in the evening… - A fully renovated aquapark1 with a brand new waterslide, a large 180sq.m. heated* swimming pool with a wellness zone and a 50sq.m. paddling pool with new games. At the source of the river Garonne, you can do white-water activities, mountain bike or hike in natural reserves. - Lourdes (110 km) : Excursions to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and to the Cirque de Gavarnie (beautiful panoramas). - Andorra (150 km) : The famous tax heaven in a high mountain environment. - Gers - Tarn - Ariège : Adjacent departments. Visit the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum in Albi, the gothic City of Cordes-sur-Ciel or the typical market of Saint Girons. - Not to forget the many gourmet stopping places of this region, where gastronomy is an 'art de vivre' and which nicknames it 'Pays de Cocagne' (land of plenty) - which is not just an expression... On the A64 highway Toulouse-Tarbes, exit at n° 21 or 22 and follow the way: Martres-Tolosane. Once you get in the village (2km), you can follow the CAMPING signs. Accommodation: Just like in a hotel! 2 completely independent bedrooms with direct access from the terrace; each has a quality private bathroom with Italian shower and suspended WC, 2 single beds that can be joined together and a small mezzanine with a double bed. In the living room/kitchen located between the bedrooms, the sofa is convertible into a double bed. Sheets included in July and August for stays of at least one week, air conditioning in all rooms including bedrooms, large LED TV in each room, espresso and filter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave oven/grill, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, barbecue, 2 sunbeds. Surface area 37m² + very large semi-covered terrace 23m² Ecological to the very end, they have insulation comparable to a new house and produce renewable electricity with their solar panels placed on the roof.
