You will be seduced by this wonderful sunny one bedroom apt 28m2 located on the 6th floor of a safe condo.

Entrance leading to a living room with open American-style kitchen furnished, double confortable sofa bed, a closed separated bedroom with a single bed, a modern italian shower room with toilet, a big sunny terrace with city and sea view, a separated closed laundry with wash machine, iron board, spaces for luggages.

Facilities: Flat screen TV / High speed wifi / air conditioning everywhere/ household and bathroom linen / welcome products / Free parking in the residence

Deposit / Security deposit by bank loans: €800

Available for Cannes congresses, minimum 3 nights and weekly holidays.

My stay at Adriana’s place

I had a wonderful stay at Adriana’s property. The view on the islands and Cap d’Antibes Is amazing. The apartment’s location is perfect, close to shops, and halfway between the two beach areas.. Adriana is responsive and accommodating. I will definitely come back.

Un super séjour

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et très bien situé qui m'a en outre permis d'être proche de l'appartement de ma maman. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée est imbattable. La proximité à la fois de la Croisette et de la plage du Palm Beach est un grand atout. Toutes les courses sont à quelques minutes à peine. Adriana est toujours dispo en cas de question ou de problème et le concierge, Philippe, est adorable. Merci et à très bientôt.
