The Cocoonr Agency offers you this villa, located in a very quiet corner of the village of Ahetze, which will provide you with absolute tranquility for your vacation, 10 minutes from the beaches and 1 km from the village. In a calm and relaxing environment, this villa offers its occupants 250 m² of living space with an 800 m² landscaped garden and a heated swimming pool, all decorated in a chic bohemian style. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the pool and garden -

- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), with large fitted dressing areas and a spacious bathroom with separate toilet. This room opens onto the outside via a balcony with independent access to the garden
- Two double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the second with two single beds (90x190)

Outside
- A garden (with a pétanque court) and a terrace, perfectly optimized and furnished for enjoying beautiful summer days and evenings around a plancha grill
- A heated swimming pool (7 m x 3 m and 1.25 m deep, saltwater, protected by a roller shutter)
