Thank you very much Harikat goe your stay and being good guests, even you host a bday party but the house was in good condition. yes it is not too big and for that rate is very good in this location, and most important, the house is very clean and Private , no wall sharing with 2 free attached Parking lots, many free street parking around and walking distance to many shops restaurant bars cafe..etc are bonus.

I'm so blessed to host guest like Michael and her family, can't believe the house in amazing condition with a child and a pet.. definitely recommend and welcome them back anytime..

I'm more than happy to host guests like Tina and her family, they are so kind, great communication, very clean , tidy and extremely considerate..they have a family gather more than 10 guests and 2 pets but when they leave the house is in amazing condition. Dear Laci, thanks so much for your stay, being great guest and feedback, somehow this month the building infront has project that make noise that I was aware of. The trash collection usually every Tuesday around 11_2 pm but they change some time. I will call and ask them of new schedule and update this information.. I do appreciate your feedback and will do the guide book of information of near by and specific point . Hope to see you again someday, stay safe ..

Dear Emily, I so sorry that you have this feeling, I don't understand why You us the strong word Overbearing? If you contacted or talked to me you will understand who I'm, I'm the very friendly, very nice and kind who do care and respect, responsible to all my Guests, I did offer to any guests before Check in to assist or answer any questions, You blame me for your mistake about the wifi written inside which you didn't look carefully, the extra toilet paper are also inside the cabinet, the extra thick towels are also there and I did tell you where, As I explained, I open the back door for fresh air before you arrive and the small butterfly came in and I did apologize and promise won't open that back door, the house is old but it was renovated and Very clean with all things working, look at previous Reviews, most guests are very happy. Like I explained, I had many bad experience so I put many small notes around at each area to remind guests and easier to follow, if I put all in one it will be hard to remember. * I did say thanks for your feedback and said I will take your advice, and did apologize for what made you feel unhappy, Then Why do you use that Mean Word?? * If I do the same to you how do you feel? when you didn't follow the house Rules at all, You left the house in a very bad situation, very messy everywhere, Food spill all over the house , your kids leave a big mess in bedroom, toy, balloon, papers, foods etc . * You run the dishwasher ( only 3 plates, 4 cups, 4 spoons) when I stick the notes right in it Saying pls don't run it if not full load and leave it for cleaner. * After using washer and dryer, you didn't clean out the yarn, fiber at all. * Used towels, you didn't put in the bathtub but put in the bed the wet towels.. * the worst thing is You did not contact or ask or request anything and blame me for your own mistake.. I'm very sad and disappointed to host guest like you. But I still thanks you and didn't say any mean to you like you did to me. * Pls read the text that I write again and pls understand that I'm not that person as you wrote. Life is hard enough so don't need anymore sadness and we need more kindness and loving .

Dear Katie, first I would like to thanks for your stay. Sadly it is not your expectations, a 910 sqft and yes old but I did renovated and keep it sparking clean, there are plenty of windows all over the house, even bathroom and kitchen, and even the wadrobe in the bedroom #1, many previous guests leave the blinds open but only you, because you book only 3 but there are more than 3 guests that you want to hide and close all the blind all day . Me and my friend saw that( when we load something in the storage ) but I didn't say anything or didnt charge extra according to my policy. * Plastic flowers and plants because all the real plants died when nobody water when guest stay long. Only flowers has scent and never has anyone saying it effects the clothes. If you are sentive you should mentioned that when I asked to make sure everything and if you have any questions before arriving ahead I can remove them easily. * Tiny house (910 sqft) renovated , very clean with 2 attached free parking and walking score 96 for all of your family at that low rate, if I had money to tear it down (I would not do Airbnb and deal with headache like this, as a single mom with 2 kids and lost full time job with many bills, morgate to pay). * Your daughter leave the glitter string around, and hard to get them all , soft toys also all over , all the stuffs: study chairs, plants, flower vase did not get back to it's original position according to my House rule but I Said NOTHING but I thank you for your stay & being good guest, and wrote a 5 star for you that is how I treat people with kindness. Once again, thank you very much for your stay and sorry that the house is not at your expectations with that cheap rate for your entire family. * This house is foe someone who want convenient, enjoy sight seeing, discover Seattle , walking around and saving money.
