Bring the family, friends, or corporate groups to this great spacious place. Whether you’re planning a weekend BEACH getaway or a longer stay, this vacation rental is calling your name. This spacious tastefully decorated beach home comes with a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 comfortable sleeping areas, 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, and a great covered outdoor deck. There are 4 Smart TV areas also, complete with Wi-Fi, and the home features a backyard for kids to enjoy playing.
The guests have use of the house, all decks, and the backyard, including the gazebo with firepit. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. You can access the entire property except for those areas that have keyed entries (ie housecleaning and maintenance closets).

Great getaway place with a short walk to the beach. The downtown area is a short drive with plenty of nice restaurants. The owner was great to work with.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was just a short drive to a really nice park and the beach. Very clean and was never crowded when we were there. Also, within driving distance of restaurants and museums. We would return.

Cozy and comfortable

The property was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and special welcoming touches to make this a great girls' weekend! Our host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Rental

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home which was conveniently located near the beach. We also loved having the smart tvs to watch holiday movies with the family. We would definitely consider returning to this well-appointed property should we need to return to the area.

Immaculate, quiet and close to the beach

This is a beautiful, perfectly maintained two-story home on a quiet residential street. The kitchen is not only well-stocked with pots and pans, but also the host has provided basics for cooking like oils and salt & pepper. She also included a couple of refreshments in the fridge. It was a perfect stay! Highly recommend!

Friends rendez-vous

Three of us got together because one friend's son was moving to the area for a new job. The house was so comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic - close to the beach, a nature preserve, Fort Monroe, and lots to do in Hampton 10 -15 min away. Newport and all it has to offer is only 30 min. away. The house had a great back deck that was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

Outstanding property and manager

The house is well appointed, clean and has very comfortable beds. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating for relaxing with family and friends. Gigi, the property manager was communicative, helpful and super responsive. The access to the beach was great and it's right down the street from a Catholic church... my 90 year old mom thought she had died and gone to heaven. Only problem was that we couldn't stay longer

Exceptional stay and accommodations

Our family extended weekend trip ranged from 16-83 year olds, and we all completely enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. Especially with two bedrooms on the first floor. The home was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful and kind. The host has left no stone unturned as so much is provided to make your stay enjoyable. From high quality pots, pans, knives, dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, wine glasses, and other glasses to chip clips, ziplock bags, wine bottle openers, cooking utensils, etc. Everything was of great quality from the furnishings in and outdoors to tvs throughout the home. We would stay here again and tell others to do so as well.

Close to beach

The house is about a .5 mile walk to a beautiful beach. The beach itself is great. Not too crowded when we were there and lots of fun. While the walk to the beach is short, it’s not the most scenic. The neighborhood has some boarded up homes and there were a group of teens on bicycles that made it feel a little unsafe. No issues while we we were there. Just riding bikes down the middle of the street while vaping and refusing to move for vehicles. Throw in the boarded up houses and the random neighbors hot tub parts in the front yard and it feels a little odd. We had no issues while there but I wasn’t going to allow our kids to make the walk unattended. The house itself is good. The host was very communicative for checking in and we had no problems while there. Bring your own beach towels.
