Welcome to Ker Wind, a peaceful refuge where the sea can be seen through the windows. This architect-designed house, a testament to many family memories, stands at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the heart of a vast 10,000 m² garden. Enjoy spectacular sea views and unforgettable sunsets over Batz Island.



The Space:

Immerse yourself in an oasis of calm, the ideal place to reconnect with friends, lovers or family. Every corner of this house offers a breathtaking view of the garden and the sea. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, the house can accommodate up to 8-10 people.

The house is attached to a small dwelling that can accommodate two people. This is not occupied permanently, but neighbours may be present during your stay.

Enjoy privacy and comfort, where every detail has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and cathedral-roof sitting area with fireplace. On the same level, you'll find a master suite with double bedroom and bathroom, and a toilet. The rest of the sleeping area is upstairs, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. The first bedroom is a double and the second a dormitory with 4 single beds. On the first-floor landing, there's an office area for teleworking, with a sea view.

Linen is NOT included. FULL end-of-stay cleaning option: 65€ttc

The bedrooms do not have shutters for complete darkness, just a simple blackout.
