Newly renovated Waikoloa Beach Resort Condo Across the Street from Beach Access
Welcome to Vista Waikoloa D201.
• This two bedroom, two bath, corner unit provides a perfect layout for small families or couples.
• Spacious lanai extends your living area to the outside, overlooking lush tropical gardens and offering mountain views.
• Well-appointed kitchen is equipped with needed amenities to create a gourmet meal.
• Vista Waikoloa has a 75-foot swimming pool, two whirlpools, a fitness center, and an outdoor pavilion with gas grills.
• A short walk or drive:
o Restaurants: Countless restaurant options
o Shopping: Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace
o Beaches: Anaeho'omalu Bay access is across the street. Other world-class beaches such as Kauna'oa, Hapuna, 49 Black Sand, and Manini'owali are a short drive.
o Golf: Adjacent to the 27-hole Waikoloa Beach Golf Resort and 5 other courses within a 20-minute drive.
o Resorts: Hilton and Marriott are across the street. Both offer luaus, restaurants, and spas. Additionally, the Hilton is home to the Quest Dolphin experience and a museum walkway.
• The condo includes one reserved parking space and nearby visitor spaces.
• Vista Waikoloa is a completely smoke-free property.

The proud, new owners as of November 2021 are continuously improving the property to make your future stay as comfortable as possible. Latest updates include new flooring, paint, ceiling fans, and toilets. Please note that the AC temperature is locked and set to a comfortable 73°F .

**CONSTRUCTION/WORK NOTICE: They will be painting the exterior of all buildings starting April 2024 - October 2024. Bldg D is scheduled for June 17 - July 05, 2024. There will be scaffolding around the complex. Please note, these times are subject to change based on weather**

Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Gorgeous!
This was probably the nicest and cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless, comfortable. The surrounding complex was lovely. The only drawback was that it was quite a drive (45 minutes) from the best snorkeling on the island. Despite that, we would stay here again!

It was very relaxing, a nice respite after a week of hectic travelling around. The Vista unit D201 has a great view, very private balcony with very comfortable furniture and a nice private dining area. The unit itself is bright, clean and tastefully decorated. It is well equipped with everything you would need and very comfortable. We loved it.
