Close to Chin'an and highway. Close enought to Anchorage yet peaceful and private. As for cleanliness, bathroom sink was backed up with clogged drain, shower curtain was crusty and cabinet doors were tacky/sticky. The heater is quite noisy and struggled to maintain 64 degrees when it was 50 outside. Would not want to stay there in the cold winters. Tenants shop/garage is located beneath the apartment and you can hear all activity at all hours. Parking is fine for a small car, but a challenge for a pickup. Bring your instructions printed out because you need it for access code and/or internet prior to entry or connection to wi-fi.

Great upstairs apartment in Chugiak

We enjoyed our stay at your place in Chugiak. Loved the full kitchen and full-size refrigerator! The place was very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe with outdoor nighttime lighting and being upstairs. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent spot for two people.

The property was perfect for our needs. It is well maintained and very clean and neat. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this property for any couple wanting to be in or near Chugiak.

It was exactly as listed. The directions lead us exactly to the home. It was exactly what we needed. Property was clean, very well stocked, and the owners communication was great. Great alternative to hotels if you are visiting in that area.

This one bedroom unit fit my needs to a “t”: The space was generous, kitchen was great with anything you could possibly need for simple meal prep, queen bed was very comfortable, and owner responded immediately to my questions.
