🛌 Sleeping Arrangements
• King-size bed and twin-size bed on opposite sides of the loft
• The twin bed is separated by a wall and an elegant Oriental folding floor screen
• The king bed is partially divided by a panel room divider, ensuring privacy and comfort

The area was very convenient and felt very safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved the loft, comfortable and relaxing!! Great host, very clear and helpful on directions for checkin and loved that they sent a list of shopping areas and train stations!! Definitely would stay here again!! Thank you

Overall a very nice place to stay, cleanliness was top notch. The two cons: it was freezing when we walked in (I think about 50 degrees) and it took til the next morning to warm up. I think it should’ve been turned on the morning of check-in to avoid that. And the shower is a little dangerous since it’s a jacuzzi tub and easy to slip getting out. Everything else was perfectly fine.

A fantastic affordable option for a week in Boston

The property was exactly as listed (thank you for that), complete with the stairs, which aren't that hard to manage for someone who grew up in Boston. It was close to Wellington station, and I was able to leave the place a little nicer than I found it by upgrading the bulbs in the kitchen art wall accent lighting.

Perfect weekend

We had such a nice time visiting Boston! Leonardo and Maria were perfect hosts! They responded to our messages promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. We would highly recommend this property!

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve had

Leonardo’s a super host, and the loft is spacious and inviting, with a great kitchen and very comfortable king bed. It’s convenient for visitors to Tufts, and there’s a wide range of eateries nearby in Assembly Row—along with a Trader Joe’s. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next time we’re out this way.

Great place to stay for short vacation

Cozy place close to our points of interest. It was a little confusing at first how to get into the loft ( bumped into our neighbors downstairs)) but once situated, it was no problem. Compared to everything compact and congested in Boston, the place was spacious even for my family of 4. Thanks for having us.

Highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with our stay! The property was exactly as pictured and a fun place to stay. My teen daughter loved it so much and wants to return! Only slight downfall is the stairs but loved the property enough that it was a minimal issue. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Spacious, beautiful view

Lovely loft apartment in beautiful Massachusetts. Owner left detailed instructions. We found them on day 2 but got in late so were eager to get to bed. Loved the view from the deck. Would rent again.
