The house was beautiful, elegant and peaceful. It was nice to have all the spices and things like butter and eggs in the fridge and condiments even things like applesauce and noodles in the cabinets made it feel homey. Thank you.It was actually very easy with google maps to take the back roads to the airport and miss lots of freeway traffic.

This home was wonderful. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds and couches, and fully stocked with everything plus more that you could possibly need. And the location being so close to Boston was amazing. The seller’s instructions were also clear and communication was friendly and responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. I am looking forward to staying here again if I am in the area.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful historic home! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we had stepped back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts we needed. The character and charm of the house were incredible, with so many unique architectural details and thoughtful touches that made the property feel special.The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it was clear that great care had been taken to preserve its history. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Boston. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living spaces and imagining the stories these walls could tell.The location was perfect, and Mark was friendly, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a short drive to the T and with a parking spot (hard to find in Boston)! If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind experience filled with history, charm, and comfort, this is the place to stay. We met Mark upon our arrival and he was very kind to give us a tour of his beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped to host a dinner and two brunches! The surroundings were beautifully appointed and the setting exceptionally quiet! Will definitely make it a stop again should our travel warrant another visit to that area!

This place is amazing ! Beautiful remodel of an old property. The host had thought of everything that would make this a home away from home! Responsive and incredibly helpful as well. We appreciated the attention to detail and comfort throughout. There are so many touches of excellence. The mattresses and bedding were so comfortable we are sorry to go home to our own beds. The kitchen was well outfitted we could have hosted a fine dinner and would have found all we needed to do so. We were surrounded with elevated comfort our entire stay

I am a handyman and have spent the last eighteen years bringing this property back to it's original glory, while also bringing it into the 21st century with modern amenities. The apartment is a separate unit in my two-family home; I live in the other unit so I will be here if you need me. You will see me out and about painting and maintaining the home.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in the up-and-coming Boston suburb of Malden. Malden boasts many wonderful restaurants with great ethnic diversity, a bustling town center which is walking distance which includes Boda Borg, tea shops, juice bars, and restaurants. Malden is less than three miles from the Boston City line, less than two miles from the Encore Boston Harbor Casino, and only two miles from Assembly Row which has many restaurants, a luxury theatre, and a game center. It is also conveniently located for day trips to Salem, the coast of Maine, or the Cape.
