There is plenty of parking with 4 car garages. Gorgeous woodwork is displayed throughout the home!! From the large covered deck to the in-ground pool and hot tub, it can be your place to entertain, or just relax by the pool having dinner al fresco. Great place but needs work on several things. Dish washer didn’t work, hot tub was a mess, and things just need help. but overall a great place

Great Location- Needs A Little TLC

Emailed manager 3 times a couple of days prior to arrival and got no response. I finally called a number provided and got an operator, but nobody ever called back. Finally got instructions emailed about check-in mid afternoon before we left for our trip. Would have been nice to know so we could finalize all our plans with our group sooner. We booked this home since it was large enough for us, had enough beds/baths and had a great location. It has potential to be great, but needs some minor repairs and a deep cleaning. Also, suggest a tv be added to all bedrooms, mirrors and better lighting too so you can get dressed in there. All bathrooms need showers. Upper floor’s dryer door wouldn't stay closed. Master bath shower water wouldn't get hot and same issue in some other areas. Plug on kitchen counter didnt work. Shower parts in hall bath are loose. Kitchen counter on main floor has a piece of trim loose. Downstairs bathroom ceiling has leaked at some point and falling down some. Tub was black with corrosion on the drain. Other bathroom the toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall previous to us coming, the rails on the stairs were very loose. Laundry wall has large patch of mold. In the casita, gnats were kind of bad and the railing outside the door really needs repaired. The railing in the bedroom isn't stable, it wobbles. The closet door wouldn't open. Half the pretty lights on the bed didn't work.

Wonderful property - Trash Issue

Beautiful view! Wonderful pool! Great space for a big family vacation. Will definitely consider coming back. Trash in a garage was out of control. The bins were full and at least another dozen trash bags around the bins when we checked in. We added our trash and by the end of the week it was rancid. The odor was detectable in the Casita. Not pleasant. Used the VRBO app to message about the trash situation and nothing was done. Kitchen windows could use a good washing. Floors were not entirely clean when we arrived. There was a host listed, however, a call to the number and you get someone from another state that has never even heard of this property. If there is ever any work done on the property, you need to add a shower to the main level.
