Charming house near the ocean in Lit-et-Mixe

Located in the charming village of Lit-et-Mixe, this house is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a perfect setting between the forest and the ocean. The Cap de l’Homy beach is just 7 km away, accessible either via a cycle path located only 200m away that winds through our beautiful forests, or by a free shuttle bus during the season. The Contis beach is also nearby, approximately 9 km away.

The house features a welcoming living room with a dining area, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. A utility room completes the amenities, with a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

For sleeping, the house has two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and a separate sleeping area with a sofa bed (140 cm). There are also two bathrooms, one of which has been completely renovated and includes a toilet, and a separate toilet.

Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden of approximately 2400 m², perfect for children, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue for al fresco dining. A garage is also available for secure parking. For the more active, a skate park, a pétanque court, and a basketball court are located just steps from the house.

Please note: During the local festival, which will take place from July 18th to 20th, stalls and festivities will be set up very close to the house. These festive and convivial events may cause some noise during these few days. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
