DETAILS: 25 S. Belize Lane is a gorgeous 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Rosemary Beach home that enjoys views of the famous Coquina Pool and boardwalk access to the beach. Guests will love being south of 30A with easy access to the beach, the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club, restaurants, and shopping.

An open living, dining, and kitchen area welcomes guests to the home. Hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and a cozy window seat create a warm, welcoming environment for a beach escape. Premium appliances and white cabinetry surround a marble-topped island with a gas cooktop and seating for 4. A dining table, sofas, and armchairs enjoy natural light from multiple sets of French doors that open to a covered porch. A guest bedroom with a queen bed has a private bathroom with a shower and French doors that also open to the covered porch, which runs the length of the house. Guests can enjoy lovely views of palmetto and scrub oak while cooling off after a hot day.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a colorful living area with a wrap-around sofa, flat-screen TV, and French doors opening to a balcony. A guest bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and French doors which open to the balcony. A primary bedroom has a king bed, 2 sets of French doors opening to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests will love the view of Rosemary Beach’s most iconic pool—the Coquina Pool—from the balcony and those warm salt-air breezes.

Younger guests will have a blast playing and sleeping on the third floor. This expansive living and sleeping area has 3 built-in twin beds with twin trundles, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV.

Fabulous location!

We had a wonderful fall long weekend at the beach. This home is a very easy walk to the beach and has a great layout for families! We would definitely stay here again!

Rosemary beach

House was beautiful and very clean. Location was ideal, steps to pool and beach. The only issue was the beach/pool card key access. Two of the four cards issued did not work and a challenge for a family of 12 to enter and exit using the cards.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing trip to Rosemary with family. The house was perfect location to the beach and was so nice to have the pool right there. Check-in process wasn’t great as the house wasn’t ready until almost 5 and cleaners were very rushed to even finish then. However overall house was great for our family and we enjoyed nights on the upstairs patio.

Everything Was Perfect

Amazing stay. Easy check in, clean, perfect location, easy to reach property manager, comfy beds, lots of space. Very upscale feel. Great big wrap around porch that was amazing. Nice appliances and even an ice maker! Hot water heater kept up with a family of 5 all showering at once! I also appreciated the extras: additional pillows, extra TP in the bathrooms, lots of towels, dish soap and sponge, soap lotion and shampoo for the bathrooms.

Summer Visit 2022

This house is in a great location and close to both the beach and the pool with being located directly on the B boardwalk. We drive a large SUV and appreciated having a designated parking area for the week and also lots of space to park all of the bikes for our large family. The upstairs loft area was perfect for the teen girls in our group and they enjoyed having a private bath as well. I enjoy cooking and found everything I needed in the well stocked kitchen. My husband enjoyed afternoon naps in the little reading nook area. Overall, I’d say it was a great stay and we look forward to visiting the area again soon.

Excellent location!

This is an outstanding home situated perfectly for all the family activities. Nearby Coquina pool was great for the small children and the beach was a short walk for all. The home is nicely laid out with a large well equipped kitchen. The two negative aspects were the poor cleanliness from floors to bathroom mirrors and some sheets. The place shows it’s wear. The card access keys only worked half the time to the beach and rarely for the pool. The property manager was very responsive but never resolved the access issues. Overall a great family home with wonderful balconies and an excellent bunk level for the teens. I highly recommend this greatly situated home!

Could use some attenbtion

Great stay, nice property, however the upstairs porch was coated with pollen..... i was it. The downstairs porch furniture sitting cushions were filthy. Lastly, the Weber grill needs immediate replacing. It seems obvious the owner does not inspect the property.

Good House Close to Pool

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed ourselves the entire week. The house was nice. The pictures are accurate. It’s on the end of a street literally next to the Coquina Pool. I thought we would use the pool but we always went to the beach instead. The second story porch on one side overlooks the pool so in the afternoon you had to hear the noise from kids playing at the pool. It was a short walk to the beach. We had chairs and umbrellas set up everyday. We never did use the bikes but just walked downtown to eat and shop. Go to Pescado at lunch if you have kids and sit out on the upstairs porch and we went to the Havana Club at the Pearl a few times for lunch/dinner.

Good experience

The location was perfect. Being right next to the pool made it really easy and the short walk to beach was great with toddlers. I also liked having an easy area for all the bikes to park since we had baby carriers, and we had plenty of room for 2 large SUVs which is hard to find in Rosemary. Only complaint was the house had a few issues with cleanliness when we first got there…namely sand on floor/sheets. The mgmt company was responsive and offered to re-clean that day but we couldn’t take them up on offer because our children were napping. I wish they would have offered a time of our choice or a small discount instead. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time and would recommend!!
