リビングルームを抜けると、オープンコンセプトのキッチンとダイニングルームがあり、すべてのバイキング器具と、片側に背もたれの高い椅子、もう片方にベンチの座席、2つの端の椅子が付いた豪華な��製のダイニングテーブルがあります表。リビングルームは階段を過ぎたところにあり、多くの窓から自然光が差し込んでおり、家の側面とビーチへの遊歩道につながる別のフレンチドアのセットがあります。

2階には、素晴らしい装飾が施された2つのマスタースイートがあり、それぞれにキングベッドとダブルバニティバスルームがあります。ランドリークローゼットは2階の着陸のすぐそばにあります。また、各マスタースイートと2階の踊り場をつなぐバルコニーがあり、天候が涼しいときに素晴らしい新鮮な空気を提供します。

The house was great.

House was very nice, large table in the kitchen area, we did not cook, but there were adequate plates, utensils, cups, typical to Rosemary the house is very vertical, two very nice master suites on second floor with separate showers and tubs, third floor was great for kids with large sectional couch and two separate rooms accessible by ladder only, one with 2 built in beds and one had two regular beds and night stand, also had a bath with shower. The sectional couch could really be used for sleeping. Anyway, a fun room for children.the only downside was no bedroom on main floor as we had two 8 month old infants, so lots of exercise stair climbing. LOL! Overall a very nice unit.

Girls getaway

Home was beautiful - clean and well appointed. Check in/out was very easy- great communication. Close to everything,very walkable. Only thing to beware of is the bedrooms - the rooms w twin beds are really for children. One set was basically on the floor, other more comfortable. Both rooms require climbing up tiny stairs and thru a tiny tiny opening. Overall would give this home a 9/10.

Wonderful place!

Property was beautiful, in a perfect location with easy access to beach and pools. We loved our stay and def wasn’t ready to leave. It’s such an amazing place to visit and we will be back.

PTO Cottage Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time in Rosemary. It is our 8th summer to go to Rosemary. We stay at different houses each time. The PTO Cottage was a good location but not our favorite house. It seems to be run down with old worn out furniture. For example, the bench’s fabric in the kitchen has a hole in it and the back support pillow has seen better days. The kitchen appliances are also very worn. The oven numbers are all worn off and the toaster doesn’t really work. It was not a kitchen we wanted to cook in for sure. Then the water heater would not last long so only 1-2 of us would get hot water at a time. We had maintenance come by but it didn’t change anything. The 3rd floor cubby bedroom was very warm even with fans on. There’s also no outdoor area to hang out outside or a balcony to hang out on as a group. Just 2 chairs on second floor. Other houses in the area have that. The outside water fountain was broken our entire stay too. So all in all, this for sure was the worst house in Rosemary we’ve ever stayed in. It just needs to be renovated and new furniture and water heater. The rental company has many other better properties in the area and had zero issues with them.

Wonderful Rosemary Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at PTO Cottage! Family of 5, and the layout and location worked well for us. You could easily fit more kids upstairs on the lofted third floor. Easy strolls to the beach, pools, and ice cream/coffee shops on the north end of the town square. Directly across the street from the fitness center and very close to the racquet club as well. We had one issue with the property that the management team very quickly fixed. They're great, and quick to respond and help when needed.

Awesome Stay

Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Rosemary Beach for the past 4 years and this is the first time we've stayed at the PTO Cottage, but won't be our last. The location is awesome. Obviously, the beach is the main attraction but our rental was right across from the gym and one of the pools. Plus, very short distance from the tennis courts. Also, I'll admit these pics don't do this property justice. We had to do a double-take when we walked in because we didn't necessarily think it was the same property (pics were great but the reality was better). The property mgmt team was very responsive to any questions we asked. I'd recommend to this anyone and everyone.
