Welcome Home! This Gorgeous FULLY FURNISHED 3 bedroom 2 bath home has an open floor plan and many upgrades along with being in a great location. You'll enjoy your large kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, an abundance of cabinet space, beautiful granite counter tops with a breakfast bar and custom tiled back splash. Enjoy your comfort with upgraded ceiling fans, 2" blinds, and protecting sun screens. You"ll feel like you're at the spa when you enter the Master Bathroom. Beautiful tiled bathroom and shower, soaking jet tub, and dual vanity. Why leave the house when you have a backyard oasis that offers a sparkling pebble tech pool (heated in winter) with rock formation waterfall, misting system and a 3 hole putting green. Close to freeway access and shopping.

Owner Hosted. Husband, wife, 4 kids (ages 16, 15, 13, and 8 (going on 12) and 1 dog live just down the street, are able to ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This property is in a great neighborhood, made great by the residents of Santa Rita Ranch. Houses on both sides of guest house are occupied by friends. Quiet neighborhood, friendly for those pushing a baby stroller, learning to ride a bike for the first time, or retired behind a walker.
