Welcome to this charming little town centre house at the end of a courtyard, with a private terrace overlooking a shared garden, which is perfect for a family with two children thanks to the two bedrooms upstairs.

You'll arrive through the doorway of a Haussmanian building and come across a beautiful garden where you can rest and relax in peace and quiet. A charming maisonette welcomes you with a small private terrace where you can have breakfast outside or enjoy your meals in the sunshine.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, the dining room, the sitting room with its sofa bed and the open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as our charming marble bathroom/toilet.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with plenty of storage space and the small children's bedroom with a bunk bed.

This is a very charming, atypical place, decorated with beautiful materials: waxed concrete, glass roof overlooking the garden, bespoke kitchen, marble bathroom and mosaic floor, period parquet flooring upstairs.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Just a 5-minute walk from the city centre (Place du Vieux Marché), in a lively, dynamic neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants and quality shops.

The Vieux Marché district in Rouen is one of the city's most emblematic and historic areas, with its famous square, the church of Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc and the Halles with its covered market. The area is bustling with cafés, brasseries and restaurants serving a wide range of cuisine, from Norman specialities to international dishes. The terraces of these establishments offer pleasant views over the square and are ideal for relaxing.

The often colourful half-timbered buildings and cobbled streets give the area a medieval feel. The historic houses and well-preserved buildings immerse visitors in the history of Rouen. The Place du Vieux-Marché regularly hosts cultural events, markets and festivals. This makes it a lively and dynamic place all year round.

/ Gros-Horloge: Just a few minutes' walk away, this astronomical clock is one of the symbols of Rouen. Rue du Gros-Horloge is also a popular shopping street.

/ Notre-Dame de Rouen Cathedral: Another of Rouen's major attractions, famous for its Gothic architecture and its depiction in Claude Monet's paintings.

Several bus routes are less than 5 minutes from your accommodation and the Vieux Marché car park is the nearest car park.

## Transit

It's easy to get around Rouen from the Place du Vieux Marché!

1. Bus: Several bus routes pass near the Place du Vieux Marché.
Lines like the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in and around Rouen.

2. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the Place du Vieux Marché. You can take line T1 or T2 from this station to other parts of the city.

3. Tram: Although the tram does not run directly through the Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures no later than 11:00.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
