The living room welcomes you with its comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing in front of the television after a day exploring Lyon.

The dining area offers a large, convivial table that can seat up to eight people.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals just like at home. It opens onto a superb 60 m² terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, a real asset for fully enjoying the beautiful weather. Two balconies complete this outdoor space: one measuring 18 m² and the other 12 m², providing the apartment with a pleasant openness to the outdoors and beautiful natural light.

For sleeping accommodations, the master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200), two other bedrooms have double beds (130x200) and (140x200), and the fourth bedroom, ideal for children, has a bunk bed (90x200). All beds are made with hotel-quality linens for optimal comfort. A crib and high chair are also available for families traveling with babies. Please note that the crib is provided without linens.

Storage space is available in each bedroom, as well as desks for your quiet time working or reading.

The apartment has two bathrooms: The first includes two sinks, a large mirror, a shower, a jacuzzi, and a toilet. The second is equipped with a bathtub.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning.

Parking is available, and Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

To ensure your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The apartment is also professionally cleaned between each stay.

The area is well connected by public transportation, providing quick access to the city centre, the Presqu'île, and all major tourist attractions. The surrounding streets are filled with charming cafés, restaurants, local markets, and shops, giving you an authentic taste of everyday life in Lyon. It’s the perfect base to discover the city from a different angle, through strolls, relaxation, and the lively local culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Garibaldi - Berthelot (line 12), is just a 7-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
