This beautiful, 1350 sq ft house is nestled right next to the ocean. With panoramic views and the ocean just steps away, you won’t forget this one of a kind experience.

Tucked away in the hidden gem of Camp Ellis, you’ll enjoy a lively beach scene in the summer and a tranquil retreat in the off season.

Just a short trip away to Old Orchard Beach and 30 min to Portland you’ll never be in need of fun activities.

FIRST FLOOR:
-Open concept living room and kitchen with Smart TV.
-Full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range, and fully stocked Nespresso Coffee bar
- Hand crafted dining table for 8
- Sofa with trundle bed pullout can sleep 2
- Air conditioning for the hot summer months.

OCCUPANCY: 8 Person Maximum.

SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras on the front door and back porch in place for your protection and security.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING house.

WEATHER: Being on the coast the weather is unpredictable and tricky. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. There are several pet-friendly rentals in the area that would love to host your family.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis.

OTHER SAFETY:
NO third party bookings. Person that makes the reservation must be the person that checks-in.

Beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys are made available during the summer months.

PRIVATE PARKING: Parking for up to 3 cars. 1 spot immediately in front of the house. 2 second spots available under the house and adjacent to house. PLEASE BE AWARE THE TWO SPOTS UNDER HOUSE AND ADJACENT ARE ON A SANDY SURFACE AND CAN BE TRICKY FOR SMALLER CARS.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great home on the water. Beautiful views and even at a cold 18 degrees outside, the home was a comfortable temperature. Amazing!

This property is amazing! It was clean, updated kitchen, big main bathroom, communication with the owner was thorough and easy, the community was kind and polite and the pictures make it look as amazing as it is. The sunrises were exceptional. The access to the beach was easy. I would definitely rent here again. 5 Stars for sure.

Beautiful vacation ready and beachfront property great for intimate family getaway.

Our host Tim was very kind and informative before, during and after our trip. This beachfront home has beautiful ocean views and all amenities needed for a family vacation. Seaside neighborhood with beach,restaurant, local store and fishing pier/Marina in extremely close walking distance. The highlight of our trip was being able to watch the fireworks from our own private deck on our last night there with our kids. Waking up having coffee while enjoying the ocean view from inside the home or stepping outside was a luxury in itself. Thank you again for all of your hospitality Tim!

Wake up to the most beautiful ocean views in a quiet, quaint neighborhood that's close to all

The cleanest most organized vacation rental you will ever stay at. The beds and bedding were so clean, soft and comfortable. A fully stocked and well thought out organized kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze. The ocean views are stunning, and you won't want to leave.

Perfect!

Beautiful and relaxing setting. House was very clean and every amenity you could possibly need was available. We loved watching the sunset from the 2nd floor deck with cocktails. Easy drive up to Portland as well. Highly recommend!

Property and house were beautiful and well taken care of. Toiletries in the shower, laundry soap, and coffee were much appreciated perks. Kitchen equipped for adults and kids. Kids cups and plates were in a low drawer-very exciting our little one! Beds were comfy!

Wonderful stay

Great stay from start to finish. Tim was very prompt to reply to any messages / questions from time of booking onward through the actual stay. The house was sparkling clean and comfortable. Lots of small amenities and attention to details that were extremely helpful to have available traveling as a family with little kids instead of having to buy or bring basic supplies (laundry and dish detergents provided, paper towels/toilet paper, nespresso for the tired adults, tea and hot chocolate, beach chairs/towels, kids’ plates/cups, etc). The views cannot be beat from the main living area and the upstairs balcony, and you can watch sunsets and sunrises all from the comfort of your own house. Location was convenient to Portland and points south of us, and there was actually a lot to do within minutes of the house even in the off season (nature preserves, beaches, restaurants with good takeout). The beach right below the house is a two minute walk and is quite spacious when the tide is out, and you can explore some small coves and even walk along to Ferry Beach. We were sad to leave and would absolutely stay again.

Best place to hole up during a Nor'eastah

Gorgeous ocean front rental. You can literally walk to Old Orchard Beach, if you've got all day! So many seashells to be collected. Quiet, getaway to unwind and sit front row to a January Nor'easter splashing the windows.
