"The 114 House," has a view of beautiful Grassy Lake from the screened in front porch, a spacious living room with TV, game room and patio for gathering on summer nights. Large master bedroom with queen size bed and on suite bathroom and walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a two full size beds. There is a pull out bed couch in the living room. Both bedrooms have TV's. The parking is in a one car garage another car can be parked across the driveway and onto the grassy area.

Perfect little gem!

This is our second year staying here and we loved it. Great location to all our family fun, not far from town, and an overall wonderful home away from home. We will back for year three!

PERFECT!

This place was amazing. Very clean, well laid out, awesome play room, and perfect for our family of 5. We visit the area every year and it was a great location to where our festivities were. Loved everything about this stay. Looking forward to booking again.

Very Nice House.

We Have a wonderful Days. We Feel Like a Home It’s Very Close To My church and very close to the store. Everything was nice and clean. I totally recommend it.

A delightful Florida home

A delightful 2BR,2bath home in a small community just south of Lake Placid. The master br/bath has a streaming TV, queen sized bed and large walk in closet. Bathroom has the tub/shower combo with exhaust fan and a nice hand held showerhead. Plenty of hot water and large fluffy towels. Second BR also has a TV but we didnt use this room. Fully equipped kitchen with auto icemaker in fridge. Coffee maker worked well and some coffee was in the canister. Loved watching a crane family every morning outside our window. Maurice left a bottle of wine for us while there and i highly recommend their home.

Wonderful

My wife and I stayed here for the month of February 2023. Maurice was there to greet us when we arrived and was also very helpful when we had questions. The property was more than we expected from the photos. The outdoor patio was our favourite place to relax with no backyard neighbours except for the abundant array of wildlife ( cranes, blue jays, cardinals +++) . It is a quiet neighborhood. The housing development just to the east was a perfect spot to cycle safely ( I did an 8 kilometre loop most days. Tho only negative part about the property is the wall tile work in the bathrooms needed to be re- grouted and caulked, the toilets are definitively not made for big adults which I told the hosts about. They said they would replace them. Dave
