The Place des Vosges is 10 minutes away on foot, and the Marais 12 minutes.



By metro, you can reach Notre-Dame in 10 minutes, the Louvre in 15 minutes, and the Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes. The area is packed with cafés, restaurants and typical stores, for a complete immersion in Parisian life.

DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY. We have been charged twice for our stay, a second time after returning to Australia and they will not return the funds despite providing clear evidence that funds had been paid prior to our December stay. All communication with management result with the same response “ we are looking into it’.

Absolutely Perfect!

A wonderful stay at this modern, spacious flat in Paris! The location was perfect. The space was incredibly charming from the moment we entered through the oversized street-level door, up the spiral staircase to our red entry door, and into the flat with its tall ceilings, elegant crown moulding, and stunning wood floors.Every room had its own colour tone, with modern furnishings, filled with natural light thanks to the beautiful windows, which made the spaces feel even more open and airy.Our host was incredibly responsive and professional right from the time of booking. During a heat wave, I asked if a couple of fans could be provided, and they went above and beyond by bringing in an air conditioning unit. Such thoughtful hospitality!This place and our host, truly exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this apartment in Paris and overall it is a beautiful and very spacious property. It comfortably accommodated our group, with four double bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed. The location is fantastic, with excellent metro connections and easy access to everything. Communication with the host was also extremely efficient and professional throughout our stay.Unfortunately, there are two important points we feel we must mention.First, the listing describes three full bathrooms with shower and WC. In reality, there are three showers, but only one separate toilet. For an apartment that can host up to 10 people, having only one WC is quite limiting and something future guests should be aware of.Secondly, from the very first evening we noticed small cockroaches in the kitchen and in some other areas of the apartment. They were attracted to crumbs in the sink and to open food packages such as nuts. Some members of our group were particularly uncomfortable with this situation, especially those who are quite sensitive or phobic about insects.We informed the property immediately, and they entered the apartment the following day (with our authorization, while we were out working) to spread poison. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, as we found more cockroaches again that same night in the kitchen and in some rooms.It is truly a shame to have to write this because the apartment itself is lovely.However, we feel it is important to mention these 2 issues
