Guadalajara Getaway

Overall the property was fine. On the second or third night we where a little uneasy when the owners brother was able to access our rental unit with his own set of keys. Some sort of breakdown in communication with the owner and rental company. Besides that the space was great for the five of us.

Hi Jose, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your stay regarding the access issue with the owner's brother. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide our guests, and we deeply regret any inconvenience it may have caused. We have corrected all issues with the owner portal and I also spoke with the building security manager to ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future. Your comfort and security are of utmost importance to us, and we will take all necessary steps to address this matter. We're glad to hear that, aside from this issue, the space met your expectations and was suitable for you and your family. Should you choose to stay with us again, we will ensure that your experience is exceptional. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much-improved stay. Warm regards, Eliel Garcia Branch Manager

Better than the pictures!

Fantastic property. We had a party of 8 staying at the condo and it was more than big enough to comfortably accommodate us all. There is a shopping plaza / restaurants that you can access directly from this property. Security to enter and leave the facility is excellent and we had 3 parking spots designated to the condo. The only part of this experience that was not 5 stars would be the checking in process. We had to pay an extra $20 because we were there after hours, not a big deal but the times should have been communicated previously.
