This property is centrally located and in very good area in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Close to restaurants, shopping centers, convinient stores, etc. Highly recomended.Walking distance to Guadalajara Country Club.

The amenities were poorly maintained, we had to call for the trash to be removed and to receive towels, the bed linens were not changed for over a week, we had no internet for four days...the list goes on. When we called, the host would react promptly, but we had to call for everything.

Overall good experience

The actual apartment was very spacious and the building has a very pleasant rooftop bar willing to serve bar snacks pretty late. The check in process was really strange. The property management group sent several emails asking for credit card information for a “deposit.” I tried to message them to the app but the did not respond. I spoke with VRBO customer support and was told that the host had multiple properties so used different software. We called the host directly and they ultimately let us give the deposit in cash. They originally tried to tell us it would take 3-7 days to get the deposit back, but we were able to negotiate for them to check the apartment right when we left and return it upon check out. The actual apartment was extremely spacious and convenient. The couch had a few stains, but nothing major. I would consider staying again but think the listing needs to warn guests of the deposit policy since it feels very much like a scam. Also be warned that the host will not respond to messages through the app. VRBO also gave me some money back for my inconvenience.
