With a fully equipped kitchen, you can whip up any thing your heart desires and enjoy indoor or outdoor dining with remarkable mountain views. Our thoughtfully designed, cozy spaces and wood burning fireplace cant wait to nestle you in while you Rest. Eclectically curated, the home is uniquely furnished with a mix of mid-century modern pieces with some bohemian flare thrown in. With special touches like yoga mats, hammocks, family games, and more... we hope you will settle in for an unforgettable and restful vacation.

Walking distance to Linville Falls Winery, just a few miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Gorge & Caverns, and nearby to Sugar Mtn Ski Resort and Banner Elk and a 45 minute hop to Beech Mtn and Boone, home of Appalachian State. Or hop to Asheville in an hour to enjoy their food and entertainment scene. Come play in the High Country! We can't wait to host you~

I grew up skiing these mountains every year with my family. The High Country has always had a special place in my heart. It is a dream to finally have a place to call home in these hills. We love to come here to rest and recouperate, and feed the soul and care for the body. We Explore. Rest. Repeat. ... We hike, we ice cream, we ski, we tube, we drink wine, we fish, we play games, we rock hop....we make memories. We can't wait to host you and yours...to make memories of your own. This is truly our home away from home and I will be easy to reach and accessible for the duration of your stay for needs and questions.

The Perch is a little slice of heaven. With stunning sunrises over Jonas Ridge and the beauty of nature from every window, the Perch will help you melt into vacation mode right away. Our home has been mindfully appointed to feel like a home away from home for our guests. Situated on an acre of land and centrally located, you'll never be far from mountain town shopping or dining or endless outdoor recreation opportunities. Walking distance to Linville Falls Winery and the Anvil Sculpture Gallery and just miles away from Linville Caverns, Blue Ridge Parkway, and miles upon miles of hiking trails.
Perfect getaway with the whole family- bunks, games, Smart TVs, and bean bag chairs for the kids.. Or venture our way for an amazing intimate getaway for couples and friends, with comfy beds and cozy lounge space and conversation spots. You'll find our list of all our local haunts and favorite things to do upon your arrival. Along with a few other special touches:)

Never tire of views from the upper balcony of the Linville Falls Vineyards and Christmas Tree Farms and morning cups of coffee are simply divine from the lower patio. The sunroom that spans the whole back of the home offers incredible views of Jonas Ridge and neighboring mountains. Parking and unloading is a breeze in the private driveway and parking pad. We love to Explore but we also love to rest. And you really just cant beat the location! With easy access to 221 you can explore the High Country so easily. COMING SOON: Hot Tub & Floating Deck with firepit;)
