The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A 30 m² kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: 40 m² master suite with 1 king-size bed (180×200), dressing room, and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2 (20 m²): with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room
- Bedroom 3 (20 m²): with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4 (20 m²): with 1 single bed
- Bathroom with bathtub and double sinks
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private 7mx3m swimming pool, open and heated from April to the end of October. It is protected by a barrier and equipped with a tarpaulin.
- A lovely 650 m² private, enclosed garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Calmont, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, restaurants, bars, market, bakery, etc. are less than five minutes' walk away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (public parking lots are also nearby).

- Nearest train station: Saverdun, approx. 7 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse, approx. 44 km

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming pool: All children bathing in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
