Dogs welcome - Gorgeous, Spacious Cabin in the Pines

Located just north of the Mogollon Rim on a heavily treed lot with views of the White Mountains, this beautiful cabin is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the heat of the Valley in the summer or those wanting to experience snow in the winter!

The perfect combination of cozy yet spacious, the cabin is 2,300 square feet with 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, and sits on an almost-acre lot. This home comes equipped with everything you need for a warm relaxing stay indoors in the winter… games, puzzles, family movies, popcorn, hot chocolate, coffee! Looking to get outdoors in the summer? Enjoy a friendly game of corn hole, hold a ping pong tournament, host a cookout outside on the grill, or watch the kids climb and swing on the outdoor playset! The open floorplan allows guests cooking in the kitchen to be part of the action! The oversized-butcher block island seats 5, which adds additional seating space for movie nights. Cozy up on one of the soft leather couches in front of the gas fireplace, brew some fresh coffee at the coffee bar in the kitchen, work a puzzle in the sun-filled dining room, play a game upstairs in the large loft overlooking the great room… all these spaces are connected! The loft has some brand new additions including a hand-built 8' shuffleboard table, a Streetfighter arcade game, and an Infinity game table. Kids and adults alike can disconnect and chill or find plenty to do inside and outside!

Disney fans will appreciate the Disneyland "nods" throughout the house... which was the inspiration behind the cabin's name!

Sleeping
The cabin *comfortably* sleeps 8 guests with additional spaces for camping out in the dining room, loft, or living room:
• King bed in the master bedroom downstairs
• Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom with a private balcony
• Queen bed with a pullout twin bed in the third bedroom upstairs
• Queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the open loft
• Twin air mattress in the loft
• Queen air mattress in the loft
• Two kids' air mattresses in the closet of bedroom 3

The beautifully decorated bedrooms all feature Casper foam mattresses and soft bedding.

Entertainment
The home is connected to WIFI, so the smart TVs downstairs and in the loft can both connect to your favorite streaming service, but there is also a 4K/ Blu-Ray player upstairs if you want to bring some of your favorite movies from home or watch one of ours!

Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots and pans, and a variety of items to assist with the preparation of meals (Pyrex glass baking dishes and bowls, baking sheets, muffin tin, knives and cutting boards), as well as plates, bowls, cups, flatware, and mugs.

The large appliances include a dishwasher, gas stove/ oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker.

Additional appliances include a toaster, standard drip coffee maker (coffee included!), a French press, Air fryer, hand mixer, blender, rice maker, electric griddle, waffle maker, and crockpot. (We just ask that you use appliances for their intended use.)

Cooking spray and oils and basic spices are also provided, but you’ll want to bring remember to bring additional cooking/ storage supplies like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or ziplock bags.

The kitchen comes equipped with dishsoap, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, paper towels, and trash bags.

Bathroom
The bathrooms include your basic necessities like soap, toilet paper, towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a blow dryer in both full bathrooms.

Laundry
The cabin has a laundry closet in the sunroom with a washer and dryer and comes stocked with laundry detergent and wool dryer balls

The White Mountain Family Fun Park is a 45-minute drive away with miniature golf course, Go Kart track, laser maze, and arcade.

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. It should not be used as a gathering spot for guests not named or included in the reservation. Complaints about noise, activities, or trespassing that disturbs neighbors will not be tolerated.

Please be honest about your guest count in your reservation. A maximum of 10 guests (overnight and visitors) including children are allowed. Please notify us of any extra guests staying.
