Looking for the perfect, relaxing getaway? Look no further!

Blue Betty Acre is half way between Payson and Show Low in the beautiful White Mountains.

Enjoy peaceful mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee. Evenings will be just as relaxing on the back deck as you soak in the breathtaking sunsets and gaze at the stars.

Spacious family room and kitchen. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and Roku TV.

The Space:
When you arrive at Blue Betty you will enter into the spacious family room with vaulted ceilings. Cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or enjoy one of the many books waiting for you at the cabin.

The dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal or play a game. Games for all ages can be found in the bunk room closet.

You will find a Keurig for pods or drip coffee, as well as, a kettle for tea at the coffee bar. We will provide coffee pods, ground coffee, assortment of teas, sugar, creamer, and honey.

There will surely be enough space for everyone in the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two shower heads.

You will find another king bed in the second bedroom which also has an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.

The third bedroom is perfect for the kids or even couples as the bunks are queen size! Need one more bed? Not a problem! Pull the trundle out from under the bunkbeds! That's 3 beds in one room! Not to mention, the third bathroom with a private entrance from the bunk room.

Each bedroom has a Roku TV where you can log into Netflix, Disney+, and HBOMax.

Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There are plenty of outdoor areas to soak in the fresh air!

The front porch provides the perfect place for morning coffee. You may even be lucky enough to spot a deer coming to snack on the blackberry bushes.

Enjoy dinner on the back deck or take a nap in the rocking chairs. Chilly evenings? We got you covered! Gather around the fire pit...just don't forget to check fire restrictions first.

Guest Access:
Your family will have access to the entire home plus over an acre of land to explore. You will enter the home at the front door using a code specifically created for your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The welcoming town of Overgaard is situated between Payson and Show Low in the beautiful White Mountains. Experience all four seasons just a couple hours outside of Phoenix. Summer will greet you with cooler temps and winter will give you the blanket of white snow perfect for snowball fights, building snowmen, and cuddling up around the fire.

Blue Betty is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the 260. Sitting on over an acre of land, your family will enjoy peace, quiet, and privacy. The night sky is breath taking and perfect for stargazing.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are part of the family and are welcome at Blue Betty with no additional fee. We do ask, however, that you clean up after your fur baby and do not allow them on furniture or blankets. There is wildlife in the area, so please keep a close eye on your pets at all times!

We love staying here. We like the floorplan - perfect for our family's size and needs. The cabin has everything we need inside and has a great outdoor space. It's very family-friendly. The cabin decor is comfortable, very stylish, and perfect in every room. (I get design ideas from it!l All the communication before, during, and after with Megan is timely and attentive. It's evident the hosts love this house and love having guests use it, too.

This is a wonderful home in the pines! Seriously clean, lovely bedrooms with private baths and a large, open living area with room for all to relax. The kitchen is big with room for multiple cooks. Outdoors the raised patio area is breathtaking and deer frequent the property which is always a bonus. We will most definitely be returning!!!

We had three generations stay for a long weekend in Heber for a SXS ride. The house was perfect! Each couple had their own bathroom and we enjoyed cooking breakfastTogether each morning in the large kitchen area.The kitchen table was a great space to play cards and unwind after a long day of riding. Beautiful home, extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. Large, modern kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything you need has been provided. We loved the front porch and watching wildlife. Our fur babies felt at home and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful to walk them in. We also enjoyed the trail at the park that was just a few minutes away from the house. The host was very responsive to any questions. We look forward to returning in the future and sharing this lovely home with friends. This is one of the nicest vacation homes we have every stayed in. Absolutely the perfect place to relax.

High country get away

Our second visit to this charming house, and will be back soon. Also, have recommended to our friends.We enjoyed the backyard, strolling under the canopy of tall pines. Seeing the deer family was a pleasant bonus, too.

Wedding Weekend

We had a fabulous time at Blue Betty for a friends wedding. The house is modern, sparkling clean, and full of extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. There was a coffee bar and waters to start us off for the day, as well as everything you need to prepare a meal. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of room. In addition, we loved hanging on the patio and enjoyed the games provided. We we definitely be back!

Beautiful Little Getaway

Beautiful mountain retreat!

We loved our stay at the Blue Betty! The layout and interior design was stunning. They literally thought of everything you could want or need. The hosts are attentive and responsive. We especially appreciated the ability to stay a few extra hours when we had car troubles the morning of check out. We will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Comfortable Family Cabin

We stay in the Heber-Overgaard area a couple of times a year with our adult daughter and her family. We have finally found the cabin that checks all our boxes with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open kitchen/dining/living space with fireplace. Decorated and designed with families inmind.

Anniversary get away

Excellent in all aspects ! .The property is located in a secluded neighborhood, yet easily accessible to the major Highway and other amenities the region offers. The owners were very responsible to all our questions. If you want peace and serenity, this is it! We will return for sure.

Great getaway in nature's beauty

Wonderful like new home with everything you need for a great getaway. Super comfortable beds. Incredibly clean and well organized home nestled amid pine trees, complete with a family of deer! Beautiful part of Arzona, with incredible mountains, lakes, canyons nearby. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful, with recomendations for things to do and see, and restaurants to eat. They really do care that their guests have a great time. Very pet friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and great for walking the dogs if you bring them. Wide open floorplan was great for our mobility disabled adult child. The Heber Overdaard area has everything you need, and the people in the shops and restaurants are really friendly and helpful for first time visitors. We went for a Christmas getaway, and we plan to go again in the summer.

Quiet and peaceful.

This property is set in the trees which is peaceful. All was in good working order. After checking in we had a couple of questions and the owner responded quickly.

Cute with Caricature.

This was a great place to stay. We were busy with other events so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house but it has a lot to offer with great front and back patios for entertaining and lots of games to entertain guest. We will rent again. Loved that each room had a bathroom connected to them. Lots of privacy. The whole house was so cute and each room had its own personality. Super cute!

1st Annual Family Vacay

We planned our 1st annual family vacation, we planned this awhile ago, not sure of which family members were able to get time off, flights, etc. The cabin worked out perfect, 3 seperate full baths, 3 bedrooms, all beds were comfy, kitchen was open and spacious, which was perfect for when my daughter & I were cooking together, then perfect for when my hubby & sons in laws were making dinner, snacks, drinks, etc. We played cornhole outdoors, had smores around the smokeless fire pit, lots of room for my grandson to explore. We all went quad riding and fishing at black canyon recreation area. We all loved our stat, the cabin even had one of our favorite games, Balderdash. We played dice games on the deck. I highly recommend staying at this cabin!!!! Thank you for the excellent, roomy, comfy. cozy, accommodations.

Blue Betty is a Charmer

Blue Betty Acre is a beautifully appointed and perfectly maintained destination for a serene retreat away from the noise and pressures of the big city. From the onset of our communication with the owners to the day of our departure, we were always aware of the attention to detail and amenities that would ensure a comfortable and uncomplicated stay. A spacious great room/living room area; well-supplied kitchen (they thought of everything!); great outdoor seating areas (back and front decks), perfect for catching glimpses of wandering deer and soaring hawks); ROKU tvs in bedrooms and living room. The owners are very attentive and communicative. All told, a wonderful experience ~ 5-star quality at a reasonable price!

Details, Details, Details! Exceeded Expectations!

What a delightful stay our family had at Blue Betty Acre! We can’t wait to return! The parking is generous and the front patio has comfortable seating for several people. The back deck has a large dining table/chairs, and two rocking chairs. (There’s even a doggie water dish out back.) The family room seats six people with two “puffs” for even more seating. There are lots of wonderful books around the space for your reading pleasure. The dining table seats eight and there’s a small coffee bar with Keurig pods & all the associated additives. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and kitchenware, as well as several cooking “basics”, like olive oil and spices. The washer/dryer work well and there is a supply of detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The bedrooms all have lovely linens and comfortable beds. In addition, there are well-thought-out details like hooks, charging cables, hangers, seating, fans, and TVs. The bunk room has toys and books for the kiddos, as well as a pack & play, and booster seat. There are extra blankets in every room, and shades on all of the windows. The baths all have nice bath linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There are even extra “necessities” in the drawers in case you forgot yours. Blue Betty Acre far exceeded our expectations and the hosts, Megan & Dan, were incredibly responsive. They truly want you to love your stay!

Such a great place!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our little family getaway! My kids loved all of the games and activities they had to do there! They thought of everything and had everything we could need. Such a cute and relaxing place to spend our holiday weekend.
