We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my wife's birthday with some of our friends...The house was set up nicely and was perfect for our large group, there was plenty of room for everyone...the location is perfect, only a 2-3 min walk to the beach and just a short walk to several bars/restaurants as well...plenty of parking (we had 4 spots) onsite with additional on street parking available...I'd definitely recommend this spot and look forward to coming back with my friends in the future.

Would not stay here again

This place had great reviews and the pictures looked wonderful but we were incredibly disappointed. There were ants in one of the bedrooms. There were places on the walls where it looked like something had dripped through the ceiling and never been cleaned off. The toilet in one of the bathrooms moved when you sat on it. In another bathroom it looks like they painted the bathtub and it was peeling in multiple places. None of the bathroom were nice at all. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The drawers were sticky to the touch. The dryer only got hot half of the time so things would take the entire day to dry. The door to the balcony didn’t open properly. The thermostat on the first floor requires an all to be able to use it which we couldn’t get to work so it was sweltering downstairs. We will not be staying here again.

Decent house/Great location

The house was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms for our large group. Location was great, only a block from the beach. Bathrooms definitely need to be updated. Glazing was chipping off the bathtubs and sinks. Some of the mattresses need to be changed too.

Spectacular!

We were so incredibly please with our stay. The location was perfection being steps from the beach while also right across thw street from starbucks (which we walked to every morning), and local stores and restaurants. The property manager was sxtremely accomodating at all times. And we had 4 parking spaces which made things very easy! Tue place was huge with bedrooms to accomodate everyone in our party. My mom doesnt walk steps so having the main floor main suite made it even better! We will look to book this same spot every year. Loved it.

Ocean City, MD weekend stay.

Location and accommodations was perfect, not too far from convention center we’re the bike fest was ongoing. Clean, Accommodations was great as far as provided linens and toiletries. Nothing to complain about it. We had a great time in Ocean City for the annual bike fest.

Amazing location!

The rental was perfect for our group and everyone had plenty of space to stretch out. The location was about 3 minutes away by foot from the beach and it was extremely quick to get back anytime we needed something. We'll definitely be looking to book this location again!

Excellent home for big group

My family, plus grandma and 5 of my kids’ friends stayed in this large house! Main floor bedroom was perfect for my mom who avoids stairs. The room with four beds was perfect for four teenage boys who weren’t keen on sharing beds. My daughter and her friend loved their twin beds room. Having 4 designated parking spots under the home was super convenient. We didn’t have to bring anything extra since kitchen is fully stocked. The property manager was super responsive and I received an immediate answer to questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Highly Recommend!

Location was ideal! Short walk to the beach and to Wawa. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor grilling area was an added bonus. Communication with the was host was very easy. Thank you! We would definitely come back.

Amazing Home with Great Hosts!

Great Place for a Group of Friends or Family

I stayed here in early October. The place was in great shape. Comfortable furniture and beds. Within a stones throw of the beach. Bob the owner was available to answer any questions I had. It’s on the quieter side of Ocean City which is what I prefer. Overall a very nice and well run property. Would recommend to anyone

Amazing

Gorgeous house. Very spacious and clean. Short car ride from great attractions and good restaurants. A street away from the beach. Stayed here with 3 adults and 2 children.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time and the location to the beach was fantastic. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach that our kids loved. There is so much to do that we were never at a loss wondering what to do.

HI Everyone,
I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
