Welcome to Nashville, enjoy staying in a clean, stylish town home, near all of Nashville. A modern home overlooking the Nashville skyline, an unbeatable spot for watching the city's fireworks, located on the North side. Plenty of room for up to 8 guests. NO CHORE LIST, no cleaning fee! Beds are clean and fitted with fresh linens, and the home is cleaned and sanitized after every guest's stay. A full home, and outfitted kitchen, at a competitive cost to a 2 person hotel room in Nashville.

Great for a family of 5 teens.

The property is very spacious. We’re a family of 7 which 5 are teenagers. The room with the 4 beds was amazing for our 4 daughters. They loved the space and how much space they each had. Our only son took the room on the 3rd floor. The house felt so cozy. When we gathered in the kitchen or living room it was perfect. We used the garage to park our vehicle. Which came in handy on the 2 rainy days we had. The host was great! He would answer all my questions promptly. The property is not located in a beautiful area. You can tell this neighborhood is being cleaned up. It’s a bit past a hood area. We felt safe at all times. There were some other beautiful townhomes which is why we think they cleaning up the neighborhood. I would stay here again.
