We stayed here for a concert we were attending and it was just what we needed. It is in a nice quiet location and the host was the best! We will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to the area.

Check in process was flawless, response to texts was immediate so great communication. The house was fairly comfortable. We noted some potato chips in one of the registers and would have liked grab bars in the bath. There are some cosmetic flaws on some walls and woodwork that affect the overall impression. The sofa was very low and difficult to stand up from if you are an elder person. The small kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances except there is no dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillowsand blankets however the description said it sleeps six but there were only 2 double beds and 1 single bed. The house is smaller than pictures indicate but overall adequate. The neighborhood was quiet and close to major streets with lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Just as it looks online. A very comfortable stay for myself, mother & sister. Beds were comfortable. 1 queen was soft, 1 queen was firm, twin is firm. We were initially worried about the firmness but ended up being really comfortable nights sleep for everyone with blackout curtains in each bedroom. There was a great coffee/tea station, ample linens, good pots/pans for cooking, having a washer & dryer was great. Would stay here again

Our second time staying at this property, and we will stay again! There was a bit of a snafu checking in this time, but host made it right. We love this little house... our home away from home when we're in Michigan.

Great home base!

We took my senior mother to Motown and some museums and shows. This was great since it's got no stairs and it's easy access to most things. Lots of great restaurants close by. Easy check in and out. Would go again.

Great spot close to everything we wanted to do in the Detroit metro area. Clean, well stocked, and perfect for a couple of college friends getting together. Nearby gas stations, food, and grocery stores.

Felt like home the second we walked in

My daughter and myself stayed here for 9 days while we were in town for a youth bowling tournament. We walked in the door and felt at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and the convenience of places to eat and relax were perfect. Check is was easy as can be and anything and everything we needed for our stay was provided in the house. If i could rate our stay higher than 5 stars i absolutely would!

College Graduation

This was the perfect place to stay for my Daughter-in-laws graduation from Concordia. It was clean, quiet and close to everything. I would highly recommend this home to rent if you are staying in town for business, college tours, college graduations, or need a quiet spot close to downtown or Ann Arbor.

Perfect for UM graduation

Exceptionally clean house and perfect for what we needed for graduation weekend at UM. The price was reasonable and much less than renting something in Ann Arbor during graduation. Jodi was very communicative and made checking in and out easy. Quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient grocery stores & coffee shops.
