Katahdin Comfort - A Beautiful Four Bedroom Home

Enjoy the comforts of a completely renovated house conveniently located in-town Millinocket. If coming to the Millinocket region for hiking Mount Katahdin, ATVing, snowmobiling, rafting the Penobscot, fishing, hunting, touring Baxter State Park or exploring the National Monument, you will enjoy our home. We have 4 BR, 2 BA, sleeps 10 with granite kitchen. Garage accessibility for your snowmobiles or ATV's. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Direct access to ATV trail system and ITS-86 from the property.

The space

You will enjoy this modern and spacious home with many amenities and comforts. Granite kitchen with stainless appliances, leather reclining furniture, large smart TV in living room, smart TV in all bedrooms, five very comfortable beds, a heated porch and two car garage. Located in-town close to grocery store and restaurants. This is a non-smoking and no pets property.

Guests have access to entire property including laundry area in basement.

Lovely stay

We stayed here for 4 days and had a lovely stay. The entire house was spotless, there was everything we could need (except a pizza cutter, lol), and the beds were awesome. We would recommend this to anyone staying in Millinocket.

Cozy place with nice touches

Very comfortable and clean place. It had everything we needed and was a convenient location to get to Baxter State Park. Easy check-in process and all the cookware and dishes you would need.

I stayed here with a few friends to do some hiking and mountain biking in the area. It was perfect. Extremely clean and I have to believe this is one of the nicest places in Millinocket to stay. About 0.8 mile from downtown. We hope to stay again.

Maine getaway

We had a great time, the home is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location for Baxter State Park. We have some allergies in our family so don’t eat out much and the kitchen was fabulous for that. We have done several VRBO stays now and this one has by far been the best we have stayed at, we can’t wait to go back!!!

Snowmobile Vacation

This was our second year at this property. House is impeccably clean, well stocked and nicely furnished. We spent a week here for snowmobiling and will defiantly be back!

Kitchen was great. There was coffee and various items like butter in fridge. We loved it. Easy check in and very easy to get into house. We loved the house. Location was great. We just wish we could stay longer
