NEWLY CONSTRUCTED IN OCT'22, Moose Lodge is our families guest cottage. We just completed our project & we are so excited about the years to come in the beautiful north woods of Maine - "the way life should be". If you like the outdoors this home has it all, including a lakeside fire pit with a breathtaking view of Mt. Katahdin on the shores of Lake Millinocket. As a bonus we offer several kayaks for our guests to use during their stay. We are a 3-minute walk to the NEOC and all the amenities they have to offer...

Moose Lodge

The property was clean and cabiney (if that"s a word). Spectacular view, friendly neighbors and Mark was so responsive & helpful. He cared that we had a great stay at Moose Lodge. Highly recommend to anyone vactioning in Maine.

Lots of wildlife and close to trails

It was a great stay! We saw Bald eagles, a red fox and deer during our stay. Property is right off the trails and very close to NEOC.

Great stay in Maine

Everything about this house was perfect. Clean, comfortable and in a great location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Very peaceful and relaxing setting. Watching Mt Katahdin from across the lake was spectacular as the light changed from sunrise to sunset. The sunsets were especially beautiful.

family vacation

House was great. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Air conditioning was a bonus. The next door neighbor, Gene is lovely, so helpful and built us the best fire our second night there.

This house was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views from the deck of Millinocket Lake and Mount Katahdin were incredible. Being able to utilize the kayaks and canoes was a big plus and my son and I paddled across the lake on our last afternoon there. The house was walking distance to River Driver’s Restaurant and a short drive to Knife Edge Brewery. Both great places to eat. The owner, Mark, was easy to communicate with and very nice. We met the caretaker Gene the morning we were leaving and wished we had met him sooner. My only regret is not staying longer!!

Fantastic Getaway

This is an amazing lakefront property that is both new and clean!! The cabin was stocked with everything we needed including canoes and kayaks. There are beautiful views of the mountain and the amazing lake. Baxter State Park and the Golden Road are close. Mark was a great host and was quick to answer any questions I had. We will be back for another stay!

Perfect Baxter Stay

The property was just what we needed for our short trip to Baxter. The kids loved the loft area and playing games (especially battleship). My husband and dad fished on the dock every day, with a kid popping in to cast every so often. My daughters (12 and 14) loved the kayaks and did not want to leave the water. The house had everything we needed as far as amenities were concerned (kitchen, bath, laundry, etc). We walked and ate at River Divers (excellent) and the Knife’s Edge (also excellent). Stop at the general store in Millinocket- cute stuff!
