Small single-storey house located in a quiet environment 10 minutes walk from the center of the village and its shops (bakery, grocery store, bar, restaurants) and 15 minutes from the river, the Gardon.

The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
Cleaning before the arrival of each traveler included in the price.

- a bright living room with sofa and television,
- a kitchen (open to the living room) equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, ceramic domino hob as well as a large table and essentials for cooking.
- a small bathroom with washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer and window with mosquito net
- separate toilet without sink
- 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds). Windows with mosquito net.
- reversible air conditioning

You will have your own wooded and fenced outdoor area where you can park your vehicle and enjoy the terrace (with fold-out awning), the garden and its dining area.

Collias is a very pretty village (crossed by 2 rivers: the Alzon and the Gardon), it offers the possibility of various activities: swimming, hiking, canoeing, horse riding and cycling, climbing, via ferrata...
Ideally placed to go by car to discover all the riches of our beautiful region: Gardon gorges, Pont du Gard 9 minutes away, Uzès (small medieval town, its duchy and its magnificent market on the Place aux Herbes) about fifteen minutes away, Nîmes and its Roman monuments about thirty minutes away as well as Arles and Avignon about forty minutes away.
