Private 2BR home for up to 5 guests in the heart of Tampa, with on-site parking and a private fenced backyard.

Walk to Armature Works, ULELE, Rocca, The Pearl, Water Works Park, and Tampa’s Riverwalk. Enjoy some of Tampa’s best dining, nightlife, waterfront walks, and downtown attractions without needing to stay in the middle of the downtown hotel district.

The home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and private outdoor space. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double futon, and the living room has a twin futon.

Ybor City, Benchmark International Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Bayshore Boulevard, Hyde Park, and SOHO are all a short drive away.

Guests have the entire private left side of the duplex, with a separate entrance and no shared interior spaces. Driveway parking is available for up to 2 standard-size vehicles.

Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please include all pets on the reservation.

Cute place and excellent location! Wes was responsive and we felt very welcomed. We were in town for the Bolts game and loved how close we were to the river to be able to take the water taxi to the stadium. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I. Great location! Clean and as pictures looked when we got there. Great value and has everything you need. Property manager was fantastic and great communication. Highly recommend! 10/10

This place was terrific. It was clean, quiet and very homey. The location was a pleasant walk to where I needed to be in Tampa. Responsive host. All good. I am happy that I chose to stay here.

Tampa Heights puts you close to some of the best parts of Tampa without having to stay in the middle of downtown. Armature Works, ULELE, Rocca, The Pearl, Water Works Park, and the Riverwalk are all nearby, with downtown, Ybor City, Hyde Park, SOHO, Benchmark International Arena, and Raymond James Stadium just a short drive away. I especially like being able to walk to the river, restaurants, and nightlife while still coming back to a residential neighborhood.

The biggest advantage is the combination of location, privacy, and space. Guests get the entire private side of the duplex with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, private fenced backyard, separate entrance, and driveway parking for up to 2 standard-size vehicles. The home sleeps up to 5 and works well for couples, families, friends, or business travelers who want more room and privacy than a hotel while staying close to downtown Tampa.
