Fantastic location! Located next door to the Westin. A quick walk to the gondola in the Village. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast nook with views of Mammoth Mt. After a day out you’ll appreciate the wide open floor plan with plenty of space for relaxing, board games, a glass of wine. With all the living space upstairs and bedrooms on the first floor. Large kitchen and oversized rooms, each with a tv. Storage closet available for skis, snowboards, sleds & toys.

Fabulous Mountain Getaway

We had the best time in Mammoth Lakes! The house was delightful and fully stocked. We wanted for nothing. The location is perfectly situated to the village and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Modern Property

The house is perfectly located in the village with great amenities: heated flooring, toilets, great TV, surround sound, wonderful kitchen and dining area to entertain.

Really nice place, Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My son wife and I spent a few days skiing and relaxing. The place was great. The bus stop to take you to the mountain was right in front of the complex and the village a short walk away. Heated bathroom floors were a bonus. The heating system for the unit was a bit persnickety, but it worked and kept us warm.

There's "Snow" Better Place!

Not only is the location unbeatable being so close to the village, but it's also just as spacious inside as the pictures make it seem! No one had to rush with 3 FULL BATHS, and everyone was comfy in the big beds/couch!

Elegantly updated place!

Wonderful space steps from the Village gondola. Obvious that the owners took great care in the upgrades to the home (heated toilet seats!), which made for a very fun and comfortable week in Mammoth. We can’t wait to come back!!

Lives up to the listing and more!

This condo is top notch and possibly the best online property I’ve ever rented. Pictures are totally on spot and the house is immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. Judy is an excellent host with perfect instructions on every tiny detail. The condo is in an ideal location and within a short walk to village and gondola. Would highly recommend!

Excellent condo in prime location

This condo has been tastefully remodeled and is perfect for a group of 6. Beds were super comfortable, upstairs kitchen/great room was roomy. 3 bathrooms are all recently remodeled with digital thermostat in master shower. Village is 3 minute walk down the hill. Highly recommend!

Perfect winter vacay!

This place is awesome. Very clean, modern decor and accommodating touches. Perfect location with a very short walk to the main village. No problems whatsoever even with staying during a storm as my family and I did. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future. Host was very helpful in helping me find the location and anything else needed. Thx again!

Cozy & convenient Mammoth vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at this property Thanksgiving week. The property itself is updated and cozy, while still being spacious enough for our family of five. The full bunk beds and Murphy bed accommodated our three teens/tween children, and bathrooms were also updated and clean. The best part about this property is the location - A very manageable 8-10 min walk to the Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Timely responses from property manager. We would definitely return and recommend!

Beautiful condo near The Village!

My first reaction walking in was how I felt right at home. I loved every inch of the home. Lots of space upstairs to socialize and none with your group. The kitchen was where we spent most of the time. We cooked amazing meals during our entire stay. It was so easy to walk down to village and grab the gondola to canyon lodge to begin our snowboarding adventure! Thanks again! I will be returning.

Beautiful, Updated Property, Convenient to Gondola

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful property and we had a wonderful time. The condo is updated and clean with nice upgrades (like heated toilet seats, heated bathroom floors, large flat-screen tvs, and a beautiful kitchen with a large farm sink). The bedroom set up was perfect for a family, as my husband and I slept in the master, and there were 3 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. As a nice treat, my kids got a kick out of the little hideaway loft upstairs. Condo is an easy walk to the gondola. I would definitely return!

Amazing snow trip

We were there the first week of January 23. We were sad to leave this home. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. Having 3 full bathrooms was awesome. The teens were able to sit and relax in the loft and play video games. The beds were comfortable and the heated bathroom floors, and toilet seats were all fantastic after spending the day in the cold. I loved all the windows throughout the home, especially being able to watch it snow all day. Most importantly, we were pleased how short the walk was to the village and gondola. Sweet location! Also, I have to say the neighbors who live next door were also so kind and welcoming.

Mammoth Memories

We were in Mammoth for my son to race the annual Monster Cup Mammoth Motocross Race. This condo lived up to our expectations having everything we needed and then some. It is updated, clean and a great open floor plan to mingle and rest up after a busy day’s activities. We even hosted a spaghetti dinner for my son’s friends that were also staying in Mammoth for the race and had enough room to sit everybody at the big dinette booth and ample seating around the center island. The dishwasher wasn’t working while we were there, but the large farmhouse sink made it easy to wash dishes. DO BE CAREFUL of leaving coolers/food in your autos like the property owners warn you about. We had a cooler in the back of a truck with only a couple Sprite sodas and we were greeted with a bear in the back of the truck our last morning enjoying the Sprite. The best part was being walking distance to the village, so you can have that extra cocktail without the need to drive.

Rude, aggressive owner

Apparently, this property has at least one camera that listens to your conversations and watches you. There was a chipmunk outside and we said we needed to close the door so the chipmunk doesn’t come in. Not much later I get a phone call from the owner yelling at me, being very aggressive, telling me I better not let a chipmunk in. I explained we were making sure the chipmunk did not come in and to keep the door closed. She was still screaming. Very rude and aggressive. We also found multiple spiders in the bathrooms. There are many choices to rent from in Mammoth, this will not be one of them.

Fantastic stay at highly upgraded Helios

Wow! We have been visiting Mammoth since we were young and as our family grew. This was one of the best units we have stayed in, with a beautiful and spacious kitchen that was very well equipped with all the cookware you might need if you like preparing your own meals. Or walk down to the Village to Campo or Gomez restaurants. Ample and comfortable seating for dining at the table with a L-shape cushioned bench along with chairs. The beds have high quality mattresses, so resting was easy! Best of all, the place is very clean and well organized, so we felt at home immediately. As for the skiing, this location can't be beat. It was very quiet, yet just a short walk to the village and gondola. One can easily come back for lunch or if the young ones tire early. We look forward to another stay at Shelli's place! Thank you!

Great location

The gondola is a 4 minute walk away supper convenient. The condo is very comfortable and the manager Judy was awesome. The only bummer was there was no kitchen hand towels. I know it’s a new listing and hopefully the owners will get kitchen towels and laundry detergent.

Beautiful spot for family vacation

This is our favorite property we have stayed at thus far in Mammoth. It was perfect for our family of four with two boys 17/19 and friends. We loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and the upstairs had a large common space and kitchen for the kids to hang out and play games, watch TV, etc. It is a short walk to Village Gondola and we were able to walk everywhere. Everything was updated and modern with all needed amenities. We will definitely stay here again next time. Great trip.
