Enjoy stunning mountain vistas at Bridges 112, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodating 5 guests. With legendary Winters and over 300 days of sunshine, Mammoth Lakes offers all-season outdoor fun for the whole family. Spend the days carving tracks, hitting the golf courses, biking and hiking, or visiting nearby Yosemite National Park. Guests will love relaxing by the gas fireplace, in the private hot tub, or on the furnished deck—and that the slopes are within walking distance!

Nestled among towering evergreens, this inviting single-level escape opens into the main level’s inviting great room. Tongue-and-groove wainscotting and a gorgeous river-rock fireplace add cozy ambiance, while large picture windows fill the space with natural light and frame striking views of Mammoth Mountain. Gather for peaceful evenings curled up on the armchairs and sofa in the living space, streaming favorites on the Smart TV. On the balcony, indulge in a nightcap at the 2-person table or unwind in the private hot tub while enjoying the sprawling mountain views. Feel free to pack light, thanks to the stacked washer and dryer.

Parking for 2 vehicles makes it easy to explore. There is a ski back trail at the end of the complex that leads to Little Eagle Lodge, or guests can drive to Eagle Lodge (7 minutes, 1.4 miles), Canyon Lodge (6 minutes, 1.0 miles), or Main Lodge (19 minutes, 5.3 miles).

Great stay

We had a great stay in this comfortable well appointed property. Loved the location for biking the lakes area and for visiting Devils Postpile NM and Tuolomne Meadows area of Yosemite NP. Of course soaking in the private hot tub with views of the night sky was a wonderful way to end each day’s explorations! The end unit location provided lots of light in the living room area. But the bedrooms are a bit dark. (Also, the unit is a condo, not a townhouse. The unit is one flight of stairs up from the assigned parking spots, right by the stairs. There is an elevator, but it is about 100 yards from the parking spot, and then about 100 yards back to the condo location.). Again, great stay!

Ski in /Ski out with a view

Beautiful view off the deck and a true ski in/ski out condo (when the Eagle chair is running). The kitchen is very well equipped and the supply of detergents, shampoos and towel products were appreciated. The bunk room had a wonderful selection of games too.

Awesome spot

We loved everything about this place! Truly ski-in ski-out! The hot tub on the deck was incredible with beautiful Mountain View’s on all sides. Parking was super convenient-right by the stairs leading up to the unit. Amenities were abundant. It was great!!

Ideal location to Eagle lodge. Kitchen has everything you need and Natural Retreats does a great job of supplying the necessities. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, incredible view!

This home was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the hot tub and the fire place. It was cozy and clean. Getting to town was a 5 minute drive and a central location for driving to popular hiking spots in Mammoth.

Wonderful

We loved our stay at the Bridges 112. The unit was very well appointed with luxury furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything was super clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the spa on the patio with a beautiful view of the valley. This would be a perfect location for a ski vacation. A true ski in ski out.

Its all about the VIEWS!

The location up on a hillside gives a sweeping view of Mammoth Lakes. The apartment is clean, bed is nice and firm.Only problem was maintenence on the hot tub- they need to drain and refresh the cloudy water.

Great condo!

This condo was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was awesome! If you like to cook, this place is perfect. The view and the hot tub were very enjoyable as well.

Great weekend stay

We just stayed for a long weekend, but wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is just as it shows in the listing. It was very clean and they provided so many extras, it had everything we could have needed. We loved the hot tub and the view was absolutely gorgeous. It was also very nice having assigned parking spots. We could come and go as we wanted and didn't have to worry about if there would be parking when we got back. There are just a few minor things we would suggest for improvement; in the room with the bunk beds, it needs a lamp. The ceiling lights are harsh and uncomfortable. I took a lamp from the living room put it in there and that helped. The bedroom and master bath windows can't really be used because they look out onto a outside hallway, it would be nice if there were different window covering so that you could at least get some natural light (2 layer curtains with a sheer layer) and/or a one way glass film so that you could see out, but no one could see in. Also, it would be nice to have something with explicit instructions on how to work the hot tub. I checked the app, but the instructions are vague at best. Again, these were just very minor things, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again if we go back to Mammoth.

Great mountain retreat

An excellent location; an end unit on the second floor made this condo feel like a luxury tree-house with beautiful views from every window. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Mammoth Lakes.

Love this unit + Natural Retreats

Exceptional unit—clean, cute decor, well stocked, excellent location…will be looking to rebook next winter. Also, just a shout out to Natural Retreats. They do a lovely job stocking the condo and were easy to communicate with, plus offered us a bit of flexibility. 5 stars all around!

True ski in/out

We stayed here with our children for a ski trip. It was ideal in nearly every way. The unit was clean, well outfitted, and configured nicely for ski gear. The jacuzzi on the patio was great with excellent views. Only minor drawback was poor reliability of the internet in the unit.

Great Vacation

Magnificent Views, Well-Appointed Condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. Kitchen is exceedingly well-stocked and bedding/towels were plentiful. A binder indicating heater, hot tub, and fireplace instructions would be helpful for guests. Management was responsive to our calls about an intermittent gas fireplace beeping issue although it was never fully resolved during our stay. One star taken off for late 5pm check-in, streaming-only living room tv, and for dog hair throughout rental (advertised as no-pet) causing a bit of a problem for those who are sensitive.

Magnificent Ski In/Out Condo

At the risk of letting too many others in on this secret spot, this is a magnificent ski in/out condo (and there aren't many of those in Mammoth at this price point). The unit is accessible from the Bridges run that is served by Eagle Lodge. Unlike many/most of the condos/cabins/homes in Mammoth (even the ones listed at thousand$ per night), this unit is very nicely done, updated, and well maintained. Factor in the ski in/out capability and there isn't another VRBO unit that even comes close in terms of price, beauty, or amenities. Check in/out is a breeze and the mgt company is very responsive to any issues (we had a minor issue prior to check-in that they quickly addressed). If there are any negatives to the unit, it is a bit small and could use better sound proofing however these are MINOR drawbacks to an overall outstanding unit. This will definitely be our first choice for all of our family's future ski trips to Mammoth.
