🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One assigned garage parking space is included. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked. A secure bike lock ring is available in the assigned parking space; please bring your own lock. Overflow parking may be available for one additional vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis; availability is not guaranteed.

• Stairs: This is a second-floor condo. Stairs are required to access the unit and loft.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by The Summit HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Amenities include a sauna, seasonal pool, fitness center, and sports courts with tennis, two pickleball courts, and basketball. Guests should bring their own sports equipment. Please note, the community hot tubs are out of order until further notice.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
