**The pool/spa can be heated to 104 degrees and is designed to serve as a cocktail pool or large spa with jets and it can comfortably accommodate large or small groups during your stay. The water temperature can be set to your preference before your arrival and it can be altered during your stay to serve people who wish to have a warm pool or a hot spa. During the warmer months in Austin, the pool/spa can also be cooled to whatever temperature helps you best relax and beat the heat.
Less than 10 minutes to downtown Austin, this architecturally inspiring, custom built home in Westlake Hills is the perfect blend of proximity to the city paired with a level of privacy that gives you the sense of being miles and miles away from it all. The home is situated on a hillside near the 227 acre Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve and has soaring ceilings with over 70 windows and sky lights that overlook the hills in the distance and provide an abundance of natural light. The property sits on a secluded lot amidst a canopy of trees offering spectacular valley views from the various decks, cat walks, bridges, balcony and the pool area. *There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Smoking outside may take place only with all doors and windows closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed directly into the outside trash cans.
