There is a coffee shop and donut shop within a 2 minute drive! AMAZING coffee looand donuts!!
Haven House is spacious yet cozy. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and downstairs has a large open area with 3 full size beds with a full bathroom, kitchenette, game room and office. Plenty of room to spread out.
While spacious, it also has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with a large driveway and 2 car garage. Donuts and coffee shop are nearby!

There are 2 kitchens and 2 dens. This house is perfect for large families and groups. Everyone likes their own space when you travel. This house has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other's company and go off to their own separate corners for alone time.



We are doggie friendly. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog at time of booking. Bring your fur baby and enjoy!

Conveniently located!!!! The location is amazing! This property is 20 minutes from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Maryville. Access to the interstate is 25 minutes away. The activity of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 35-40 minutes away. Townsend is the relaxing side of the Smokies and it is 25 minutes away. You can enjoy all the touristy spots while avoiding the traffic.

For traveling health care professionals, there are numerous hospitals within a short distance. The following hospitals are under a 35 minute commute: Leconte Medical Center, Fort Sanders Regional, University of Tennessee Regional, Blount Memorial Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Loudoun Medical Center, etc etc

There is a deck overlooking the backyard with tables, and seating for relaxing and entertaining. This house sits on .5 acres. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the back yard and a grill. Cooking must be done below the deck per the fire safety code.

The large and inviting living room has a super comfy sofa and a smart TV with a subscription to Hulu.

The kitchen is open into the living room with a bar for food prep. There is a new Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with the items you need to cook a meal. The living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering together to visit one another.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large TV. The second bathroom is across from the master bedroom.

There are three full bathrooms in the house with nice shower heads. The washer and dryer are brand new units.

Bring your small dogs to keep you company. This house is dog friendly. An extra large kennel is provided for you to use for fur baby when you leave the house. A pet fee of $100 per dog is due at time of booking.

The host was incredible. She was very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my medicine in a drawer and she got it for me and held it till I could make it back to pick it up. I would stay again and would highly recommend her and this property. It has everything you need.

The property was a great place to stay. It was a little dated in some rooms but overall was an awesome place. Location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The city is awesome. We all loved the views.

Great place to stay. Close enough to everything but yet far enough away to not be in all of the crazy in down town. Very clean, super nice to have towels and bed sheets. I will stay there again hands down! If you need a place to stay I suggest you stay here. Oh and did I mention the price! Stay here!!!!!!!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were a group of four women who were attending an event at a local church. We didn't get just a whole lot of time at the house, but it suited our needs. It's not the most up to date house, but we felt that added to its charm.

Second Stay, didn’t disappoint

This is our second stay at this property. Was in great distance to all of the local attractions and also near family to see them a lot. Home is well lived in and cozy. Many great meals, time relaxing and fun memories were had for a second year in a row. Will look to book again the following year

Peaceful and quiet.

The property is located in a very peaceful and quiet location. Close to Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. It was a great place for the family. We enjoyed the peace and fun we had. Will definitely refer my friends.

Clean, Spacious, Terrible Location, and in Need of TLC

I'm baffled how this place got such great ratings. I knew the place was outdated from the pictures (the original stove from 1972 is still there!), but the properly is in need of lot of TLC. Some basic maintenance would do wonders for the property. The location is terrible - on a very busy road with no sidewalks. It's not a great location for kids, dogs or outdoor exercise (and no fenced yard). I loved that it was roomy and two of us could easily work from home without interfering with the other person. The place had great water pressure for showers (and hot), super comfy bed, and two garages available for use. It was fairly well equipped with dishes, pans, and utensils. Don't expect any typical VRBO-stuff like tupperware, foil, spices, etc. We brought our own so no issue for us but good for others to know. Communication from the host was odd. It seemed to be a lot of canned messages as we'd get the same one over and over again. Definitely not the person touch. While the place was low cost, we wouldn't stay again as it needed too much TLC (we were ok that it was outdated).

Our reunion was very pleasant because of the comfortable and clean house. All of the expectations were well stated. It was well positioned to visit Knoxville and the mountains. I would highly recommend staying at Haven House.

Haven House

We booked Haven house as a llocatiin for family to stay together for my so’s graduation for UT Knoxville. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property has a very well stocked kitchen and large common gathering areas. The beds were comfortable. the location was very convienent to both Knoxville and Sevierville. The house is Avery good value for a large group.

Becky was very responsive, Really loved the location and the fact it had garage storage for our Haley's. Thought the pricing was in line for the accommodations. Cant Waite to try again. Felt homie

Five friends and myself all spent almost two weeks at the haven house and it was just what we were looking for. Everyone had their own bed, we enjoyed hanging out in the large living room and around the dining table big enough for all of us. The backyard was fun to hangout in and play catch. The main thing that we recommend as a customers is that the showers be updated or at least check the drains so that they drain properly. Each time any of us took a shower the water would pool up almost as high as our ankle bones. Wasn’t a big deal but that’s the main recommendation we had as a group.

Wonderful for family

We loved staying here because we each had our own bedroom for recharging, but the open floor plan of the kitchen, living, and dining area was perfect for hanging out. Everything was very comfortable.

Awesome location, great house

It was well maintained and clean. Fun things for kids to do and accommodating to them. My bed was super comfortable! The house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Brenda was really easy to get ahold of and very helpful and friendly when we needed to tell her something. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I want to make Sevier Co. affordable and accessible to everyone that wants to come and visit!! This property is soooo conveniently located! You can get to any tourist definition in a short time. Downtown Knoxville is a mere 20 minutes away! This property is in between Knoxville and Sevierville!! You can't beat the location!! It's also spacious for large parties or cozy for small gatherings. There is a wonderful coffee shop down the street from the house.

There is a huge back deck for gatherings!! The downstairs is separate from the upstairs for people that enjoy their space to themselves. There is a small kitchenette in the downstairs as well. This house 2 dens to visit in and 2 kitchens. There are 3 bathrooms for everyone to have private time without waiting in a long line for the bathroom :)

The back yard is a great place for kids to run around and play.
Small dogs are allowed at Haven House. Bring your fur babies!!

The 2 car garage is a very nice thing to have. People with motorcycles would really enjoy this perk.
The washer and dryer are a nice to be able to use instead of going to a laundry mat.

The King size bed is in the master, the 2 Queen beds are across the hall. Downstairs are 3 full size beds in the large room. They are amazingly comfortable! There is also a sofa in its own space with game table. Additional office space also available. Both rooms have TVs.

There is an extra large kennel for the fur babies to rest if you leave them behind when you head to the mountains!!

This location cannot be beat. You are a few minutes from Chapman Highway. If you go right on Chapman Highway, you are 25 minutes from Downtown Knoxville and Neyland Stadium. If you go left, you are 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains!! If you have business in Maryville, it is also a 25 minute drive. This location is as centrally located as you can get. Plus it's nice to drive away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge to rest each evening.
