This (3600 square foot) home is located just outside of town at the foothills of the beautiful Cascade mountain range on a hillside that faces SW to offer magnificent views of the Willamette Valley. The views are not just from the patio but from most of the rooms in the house as well. This home will be everything that you would expect from a luxury home in the PNW, offering great views and amazing separation of space. An upstairs, downstairs, and multiple outdoor living spaces for cooking, sitting, or relaxing by a gas fire pit, this home will be perfect for whatever you have in mind.

The Roosevelt House Experience is barely outside of town offering a beautiful, safe and quiet setting to be able to get away from the hustle of town while being able to experience the majestic scenery that the South Willamette Valley has to offer.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The Roosevelt House Experience is designed with a classic North West feel. This home has a large flowing interior design with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The outdoor living space is a very comfortable area to start and finish your day with your friends and family while soaking up the scenery that the South Willamette Valley with a clear view of Eugene's very popular, Spencer's Butte.
