Welcome to this charming upstairs apartment in Springfield, OR. Raven themed, you'll notice immediately the Hogwarts House of Ravenclaw decor, with nods to Edgar Allen Poe's "Quoth the Raven" and other touches we hope you enjoy. This tranquil retreat features 1 cozy bedroom - with a queen bed with 6 pillows and the other room has a twin bed. We have extra blankets and linens for your convenience. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, we've made sure to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Enjoy the Hogwarts towels! There's living room space with a comfy sofa bed. A Samsung Smart TV is mounted to the wall and already connected to wifi for your enjoyment.

Here to get things done? We have a U-shaped office desk with both seated and standing desk with power switch to adjust the height at the press of a button with a comfortable chair to allow undistracted focus in whatever seated or standing position that suits you with high speed internet included for your stay.

We have uncovered parking right out front, enough for 2 vehicles.

Finally, we have two security cameras on the exterior of the premises that monitor for activity at the driveway, as well as coming up the stairs for your safety and convenience we have them professionally monitored.

Love the themeDamon was a great host and communication was great! All of our needs were met and had a good nights sleep; wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy Springfield as Damon has a great guest book suggesting the highlights of the area

Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable. There was a very strong odor of cannabis at the entry to the unit which did not seem to dissipate over the weekend. Not sure if unit is near a dispensary or if neighbors downstairs were smoking.

While this is in fact 2 bedrooms, one only has the small futon, smaller than a twin, in it. The couch bed is one of the beds listed that makes it sleep 5, but it is small and very uncomfortable. The stairs going up are dark and not lit. The neighborhood is very sketchy.Owner was prompt in replies to get door code, so thats good. The cleanliness was definitely lacking...

Thank you for staying Corinne! The unit is definitely a value based option that reflects in its pricing. We don't want to overcharge, while still offering affordable housing in a time when housing hardly seems affordable. As to its cleanliness lacking, can you speak to this with more detail? We've taken great care to offer a unit that is pet friendly but we also take extra steps to maintain it as a result. What didn't meet your standards?

My agency is just up the road if you'd like to stop in during business hours! I'm born and raised here in Springfield OR, I have rented property here for over a decade. I enjoy providing for friends and family a safe and comfortable place to stay when they are traveling or wanting a convenient spot to crash for an event. I am a single father of two teenagers. I enjoy playing guitar, partner dancing, and all the outdoor shenanigans we can get ourselves into. I am an active investor in businesses and have a strong sense of ownership of outcome. I enjoy practicing my Spanish. Although please be patient as it is a second language!

The property is Raven themed! You'll notice immediately the Hogwarts House of Ravenclaw decor throughout. There are nods to Edgar Allen Poe's "Quoth the Raven." The property itself is fantastically located centrally in Springfield. Giving you the most convenient bus line access if attending a local University of Oregon game or Matthew Knight Arena event. The surrounding vineyards and other wine and dine events are easily accessible from this location as well!
