Easy access ground floor unit, corner unit comfortably sleeps 4, just steps to pools and beach. (King size bed in primary bedroom and 2 queen size beds in guest bedroom). Offering a stylishly decorated floorplan with stunning ocean views from all rooms, this condo has all the amenities you're looking for - 2 large bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, black-out curtains in both bedrooms, comfortable living room, full kitchen, laundry room w/washer & dryer, 2 TV's, WiFi, ceiling fans, A/C, indoor & outdoor dining and large covered patio with table and lounge chairs. Over 1900 sq ft of beautiful living space. Convenient parking directly in front of condo.

Las Mananitas is centrally located and includes 24-hour security, onsite indoor and outdoor gym, tennis courts, pickle ball, putting green and 3 large pools with hot tubs, and palapa-style BYOB swim-up bars. You'll also find a short, easy walk to shopping and great restaurants! This is truly a home-away-from-home setting.

Our host was fantastic. She was so helpful and very responsive. The home was so clean and the beds and furniture super comfy. We couldn’t have love the amenities and the people more. Just a beautiful holiday.

It was our pleasure to have Tina and her guests stay at our condo. They were very considerate renters leaving the condo in immaculate condition. I understand they took the opportunity to brush up on their Spanish and take surfing lessons!

This complex is just wonderful and has everything you could want....pool, tennis courts, workout gym, beautiful beach and fabulous grounds. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We love being on the ground floor as the access to outside is perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed many meals at home or out by the pool. We'd recommend this property very strongly!

Wonderful Accommodations at Las Mañanitas!!

This was our first trip to Los Cabos and we were smitten! Much of our positive experience has been because of our location and accommodations at Las Mañanitas. It was a beautifully decorated, spacious and yet cozy condo with all the amenities you might need in your home away from home! It’s in a fantastic location walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping. Sue has been an exceptional and attentive host. We would love to return and when we do we hope this condo at Las Mañanitas is available!

Fabulous view place was very clean.

My shower did not have hot water for future references. I used other shower but it was abit of inconvenience. But it was a fabulous place. Thanks Sie

Exceptional two bedroom home

We have stayed in a few different places in San Jose Del Cabo over the years but we rank this two bedroom at Las Mananitas as number one for us . The condo is on the first floor overlooking the pool and a five minute walk to the beach . It is a 10 minute walk to two major grocery stores and about a 30 minute walk to downtown San Jose . It is very clean and well maintained with every thing there that is required for a home away from home . Thank you Sue and Phil for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home . We will definitely be going back Gerry and Cindy from Canada

It was a pleasure having Gerry and Cindy stay at our Las Mananitas condo. We're so glad they enjoyed their vacation and hope they will make a return visit soon! The location of the condo is so convenient to many amenities. Enjoy walks on the beach every day with very few people around - it's like having your own private beach. The grounds, palapas for entertaining, barbeque grills and pools make you feel like you're in an oasis.
